After waiting 3 weeks for my order product arrived from China, cheap nasty material, noisy plastic liner which will probably break up with the first wash. Ordered large and was sent 3 XL avoid them at all cost.

Complete scam. I ordered via comfyguard.co.uk - no mention of the company being based in China. After a three week wait I received the items. Not in the slightest bit like the description on the website - cheap, nasty Chinese rubbish. Sizing is wrong, material is cheap, badly sewn and the gusset is a bit of plastic under a thin bit of material. Requested refund and was offered 20% of my payment back if I kept them otherwise I have to pay to send them back to China, which will cost me more than the cost of the items. Got PayPal involved to try and get refund as they are not interested despite the ‘30 days money back guarantee’. AVOID.

I am devastated that I fell for such a scam! I risked to buy their “so special” undies only because they offer a “risk-free money back guarantee if we’re not happy with the product . However , after waiting three weeks for them to arrive (from CHINA !) they were absolute crap: size too small and plastic inside the area that was supposed to be a “ special” comfortable and noiseless material . So when I wrote to them to ask for my money back, I received a reply that under their terms and conditions that is not possible . Total contradiction with what is in plain writing on the shopping page! Anyway… I wish I had checked out this website reviews instead of their fake ones. My bad.

I presumed they were a UK site, first mistake. Immediately obvious they were unsuitable so asked for refund under their “30 days” refund, offered 20% and keep them, or return at my expense to CHINA!
wish I had checked here first like I normally do. They delete my comments on their website too.

Item received after several weeks (shipped from China). Size received does not match UK sizing. Requested exchange or refund and was told "we sent the size you ordered". Not good customer service or product

incorrect size sent large was ordered and 3xextra large sent, comfyguard expect me to pay for return of items to china and offer a 20% refund.
i will not pay for their incorrect supply and have raised a refund via my credit card
avoid this scam company

My experience is the same as the others: product is not Australian, wrong size arrived, they were not worn and and still in original packaging, the response to my request for refund is that for sanitary reasons they can’t be returned.
Wish I’d visited this site first.

This company sent the wrong size to the size ordered. Then they offered 20% refund and that I could keep the item. The item is 4 times the size I wanted. What should I do with them.

Kept sending same email in response. Crap company. So they send the wrong size and the purchaser has to pay to send them back. Ridiculous

Do not buy from here. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased. Tries to make you think goods are coming from Australia. They are from China. Can't tell you about product, money taken no goods received. Tracking is useless and no response from the so called helpful customer service.

Scam site. I ordered because of the 30 day guarantee and rave reviews on their site and the fact it was supposed to be a UK site. I only opened one pack of 5 and tried them on over my own pants. Horrible material and far too small. Contacted customer services to return and was told(in poor English) I couldn't return them. Waste of money. Wish I'd looked at Trustpilot first. They didn't publish my 1 star review,

PLEASE don’t use this site it is a scam. I placed an order and four amounts of money taken from my account. You have to use PayPal but I’m not sure it is a genuine connection to PayPal. I was lucky my credit card sorted it out for me.
