Company is out of business
Never received order that was placed 18 weeks ago. Many emails. Many promises that is it on its way. Their SCAM tracking system shows that it part of the order went to Texas (2000 miles away) and now the company is out of business.

Bought a dress in September. It arrived bearing no resemblance to the one I thought I’d ordered. Could not return and after daily email correspondence I was offered $18 which I refused, demanding a full refund. They said they’d put money in my account, several times. Still nothing. They’ve now stopped replying to my emails. I’ve reported to Facebook as fraud/ theft. Nothing has happened. In effect this company is ‘stealing’ from many people on a daily basis. Luckily, mine was only £34. Many people have lost much more.

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. I placed an order in Sept for £83 and so far have received a very poor quality blouse. It is now December and nothing else has arrived. They are taking people's money and don't deliver. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
As an update .,.I have received one other item,..completely wrong item nothing like I ordered!! When I emailed them to ask for my money back they just keep returning my messages as a reply!!

If I could give it a negative rating I would! Do not - I repeat - DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from this site, they are rip-off artists... They take your money immediately after you order something and take months to get any of the items to you (if at all)!!! What they send does not resemble the description or pictures from their website. Frankly it is sub-standard at best. They will not cancel your order and refund your money and good luck trying to return anything for a refund - it will not happen.

I have never heard of the company until I had seen their advertisement on social media. I ordered somethings from Comfyfree, in November, they took the payment but merchandise has yet to arrive. I've sent emails, no phone number to contact them. That isn't good business. There should have been a tracking number given by now. I have got responses back but it's an automated email. I have asked for a full refund, but they didn't give me the response I wanted
