I should have known it was too good to be true. Their ads show gorgeous clothes, and I ordered several outfits. When I received the first 3 items, none of them came even close to what I had ordered. Different sizes, different items, nothing even resembling my order! I immediately tried to contact the company but could not even find them online any longer, and no phone number or email was available. The insert with the shipment said not to return anything without getting authorization first, but there was no way to reach them. Fortunately, I used PayPal so I contacted PP and filed a dispute. Somehow they managed to contact comfyfree, who sent several "Thanks for your patience, we'll respond soon" messages through PP, but the PP deadline came and went and nothing happened. PP agreed to refund 100% of the purchase price but I had to return the 3 items I had received, at my expense. That's where I got a hard lesson in dealing with Chinese online retailers. Apparently the Chinese govt subsidizes shipping charges for Chinese retailers. But the return shipping at my expense cost almost $100 for 2 tops and a dress! So it cost me almost as much to send them back, as it cost me for the purchases in the first place. I found out that PP will pay a portion of the international return shipping charges if you go through their slightly inconvenient application process. (Don't expect PP to volunteer this info, but you can find out about it online.) I am DONE buying from Chinese companies online! It cost me about $70, and a lot of headaches, but it was worth it. I really believe comfyfree and companies like them have no intention of sending the products they advertise. Instead, they deliberately substitute junk, and they count on customers just writing off the loss rather than throwing good money after bad. What a racket! Never again!

wish I had seen this site earlier, I too have been scammed by this outfit, going by the name of Dressstars. I have attempted to contact them but have not received any response....guess I can kiss that money goodbye...one star is overstretching the rating they should have. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

This address shows up as multiple different clothing companies. FocusYouMe, Henry Fords etc. I ordered clothing through FocusYouMe and two months later have received neither confirmation nor any items. I have reported this address to ScamWatch in Australia and submitted a fraudulent payment to my bank. This site should be avoided at all costs. I don't understand why the authorities cannot close this site down. I don't believe they are in Canada. I think they may be in China.

If I could give them a zero I would. I agree with the other comments, they are a scam and no one should buy anything from them. It took two months for my order to arrive and they were nothing like the pictures of the items that I ordered. Also one was way too small for me and was like a straight jacket and one was way too big. I tried to contact the company but my email bounced back and there is no way to contact them. I got on to their website but everything was in Chinese. I gave the clothes to a charity shop.

I ordered 2 items on Dec. 31,2019, I have not received them to this day. I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute, a stop pay was placed on my acct. I received an email from comfyfree telling me to have PayPal unfreeze the payment and then they will mail out my packages. I am no fool, they can keep that sh**. Now I am contacted about the items but nothing prior to my dispute. POOR POOR COMPANY.( 0 Review really).

It took them 4 months to ship me a coat I ordered it's not even the coat that looks in the picture it's a piece of garbage $2 piece of cloth this website should be shut down they answer you in Chinese not even American you cannot talk to anybody on their phone number are nothing but political posturing

These co#ksuckers (comfyfree) took 2 and 1/2 months to send me my order.they came and 2 seperate packages so actually it took 3 months all together to recieve final item.when i finally recieved the 3 items i ordered,they looked nothing like the picture.i ordered 3 "heavy" shearling winter coats 2xl.these ba$tards sent me 3 hand knitted sweaters that looked liked the coats i ordered.and to top it all,the 2xl was actually size medium..maybe even a small..the sleeves came up to my mid forearm on all 3.comfyfree is a bunch of scammers.scumbag a$$holes..im in the process of reporting them.ive already reported them to the proper authorities.now in the process of step further report.id advise EVERYONE WHO READS THIS!!!!..STAY AWAY FROM COMFYFREE!! Zero stars would be better. I ordered a few things from Comfyfree on November 1 2019. I finally received part of my order on January 25 2020. Not one item is what I ordered. Fake pleather, horrible polyester stripes and a trashy cheap sweater is not what I ordered. I sent it all back so they can throw it in their trash can.

Hey everyone, PayPal is on to them, and PayPal will withhold sending them your money until it has been shipped. Even then, if it is not what you ordered, PayPal will refund you. Sign up for PayPal's Buyer Protection, it works.

3422 Okanagan Drive, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada is the same address listed for Buyluludress,com! Order was paid on 1/10/2020. Received a confirmation email. Order not shipped to date. Nothing! No response to numerous and various attempts to contact the company by email. Fulfillment status on the account page is constantly "Unfulfilled." There is a reference to a help page, where is the link? No link to cancel the order. This is not a real company! SCAM!

Please don't order from Comyfree. This is a scam. They take people's money and don't deliver the items ordered. Customer service isn't available and emails are ignored. This company or scam artist changed their name to Modaboxs.

I ordered a coat on 23 OCT 2019. I made an error on the size, wrote back the same date letting them know I made an error, received an email right back letting me know that they corrected the error. Then I waited and waited.... then I emailed them on 23 NOV letting them know I had not received my coat; I received an email saying that they would expedite my order. On 23 DEC 2019 I emailed requesting my coat or my money back; I received an email telling me that the manufacturer had lost of back orders but my coat will be mailed out. I wrote on 21 JAN 2020 and got my email back.

I live on retirement money, it’s not much so losing that money upsets me and I can’t afford to purchase another coat. I live in Ohio, I need a coat.

This company should Not be able to scam people, they should be countable for their financial responsibility to each customer.

Ordered 4 items in October, just arrived January 22. One jacket wasn't at all like the one I ordered and the other items were the cheapest made, worst quality clothing I have ever seen. DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM company. I don't think I will even try to get my money back as it seems impossible from what I have read. I am reluctant to even donate this awful clothing to charity as it is so bad.

Don't try to purchase anything at all from these SCAM websites, they are based in China and are not located in Canada, these SCAM websites are taking customers hard earned dollars and will not send them the items or a refund, once they get your information they will cell it to a third party scammer.

The BIGGEST SCAM!! Lost too much money. Ordered a coat in December. Haven’t received it nor have I been able to get my money.

Comfyfree is a scam. I ordered 3 men's coats on Dec 15, 2019 and still haven't received them. I emailed them and the email was kicked back undeliverable on Jan 17, 2020. My sign in email and password are no longer accepted by this site when I try to check on my order status. I suspect my money is gone and no coats will be arriving...

I order a jacket in November I never received it now they sent me a e.mail talking about a package was delivered today at 11:42 when just don't want to pay people there 💰 back SC AM some one is going to give me my money back in getting them investigated as we speak don't by nothing from this website or one that looks like it

Made an order on Dec 27, 2019. 3 days later website was down. All attempts to reach them via email were unsuccessful - mail was not even delivered (Address not found) . Now trying to get money back through PayPal.

I try to send a email about my order and return label the email ain't no good. The jacket they sent me was cheap. They are scammer's.

Don't have anything to do with this outfit, the 2 blouses I received are just rubbish, I think my sewing skills at age 12 years was more professional and still waiting for 3rd top to be delivered 4 months later, just got in post a brown jumper that looks like it's been used for a year.wheres my be blouse?
