The shipping and notification set up…
The shipping and notification set up are lacking. I had to contact the company to get an update and a tracking number. It wasn't until I sent them a message that all of a sudden my order shipped. The site claims that they will process your order as soon as you place your order. And that your order will be delivered to you within 3-7 working days. I'm on day 7 and my order is still traveling all over India. They say their shop is in NJ but clearly, it's all sourced out of India, not the USA. Had I known I would have looked to buy from another company.
