Commande passée et reçue 4 semaines plus tard pour un four à pizza ,,malheureusement les plaques réfractaires cassées,, après contact en insistant, comme j’ai pas écrit sous réserve à la réception, aucune prise en charge par la société qui vous envoie un devis de 480 euros (210 euros de transport) pour le remplacement des plaques,, bravo Fernando pour le geste commercial ou la garantie ,,

It’s arrived!!! Just over a week from Sicily to the Czech Republic. Fantastic packaging not a bump or scratch in sight. A big thank you to the staff at Coltradeshop.com especially Mr. Fernando Colizzi for their care and support. Great communication both before and during the purchase. They are a professional company willing to help in all aspects. Thank you so much.

Buyer Beware of Coltrade Shop in Italy.

I should have heeded a review posted by another buyer in September 2023 that had the same bad experience I am going through with this company. I also found out that Coltradeshop is not the registered company name, so beware of dealing with this company and it's owner, Fernando Collizzi.

Fernando Collizzi in Coltradeshop me sent a faulty machine and expect me to pay €600 to ship it to a third country to repair it ! He then refused to take the machine back and issue a refund, so I now have to haul him to court to get my refund, as under European law, businesses are obliged to provide repairs and replacements of faulty machines for 2 years, without the buyer having to pay for repairs, replacements or shipping costs to send the items back for such required actions. Yet Fernando pretends that he is not obliged to do so.

History: I had Bought an electric Lumag mini dumper from Fernando, and discovered it is leaking oil. I had never switched the vehicle on, as he had sent the vehicle without its ignition key, and its electric cables had arrived disconnected, but without any instructions on how to reconnect them. He claims the faulty machine will be fixed or replaced if I send it back to Germany at my own cost.

The oil leak was discovered in September, 4 months after arrival, and without ever been switched on. I definitely will not be paying €600 to ship it to Italy, especially when I had paid that amount to buy this supposedly faultless new machine from him in April 2024. So, DO NOT BUY from Fernando Collizzi or you may be throwing away your money.

Ho acquistato un motore per moto zappa e gli ho scritto per chiedere conferma di compatibilità. Sono stati rapidissimi nel rispondere (di domenica!) e il motore è arrivato in pochi giorni. E in effetti è andato tutto bene e ho di nuovo la moto zappa in marcia.

Ordered a machine in December 2023. Received tracking info, all seemed fine. In January the tracking info stopped updating and machine never arrived. I contacted the seller and they basically told me it wasn’t their problem. I managed to contact the courier and they told me the package was missing and to contact the seller. The seller said they didn’t know what to do?!
Luckily I purchased using PayPal but it took five months to get through the dispute and get my money back. Coltradeshop might be a legitimate business but their customer service is terrible if your order goes wrong.
