I ordered a Wella hair toner that is impossible to get anywhere else. Arrived the next day. I have ordered more products since and have had no issues. Great service.

I have had bad experience with this company ordered products when delivered they were tiny bottles but the price wasn't tiny cost me £27-90 returned products via label they provided with royal mail never got my refund this was January 21 they don't answer phone or reply to emails do not buy from them gangsters

Had a terrible experience with the company. Received incorrect item, was told I wouldn’t get my items I had ordered until I returned item. Returned item and requested refund. Still waiting for refund one month later. Raised issue with PayPal as there was simply no reply from the company to my question as to where my money was. No reply from them at all. Never experienced such poor service and quite frankly rudeness! Will never use this company again and would advise anyone else to be careful!

I have a bad experience with this company. I ordered a Wella toner for the very first time from their website, and I believed this lie that they will send me another product if I buy 2 pieces from the same one (originally I wanted to buy 1). So I did, but my unfortunate, I chose the wrong option (scam?) and chose the 2 pieces version with 1quantity, instead of 1 piece with 2 quantity (btw not all the same??!). They send me 2 items (the package of one of them was totally damaged). After I was speaking with "customer service” (I had to wait for their online chat reply for 2 hours...) and apparently it’s my fault!
I'll never order again from that company because it has lost all of its credibility in my eyes.

My only criticism is that when Colour Warehouse do the the ‘buy two get one free’ , It didn’t have to be all three items of the same colour.
I always buy the Wella toners and use two different tones so it would be great to be able to get two of one and third of a different tone.
Otherwise, great service with speedy dispatch.

Ordered twice from this company got L'Oréal hi colour copper which is impossible to get these days so was really happy to find it on this site order the 1st time came in the time line stated the 2nd order arrived the next day I only paid standard delivery so was well impressed would highly recommend and definitely order again

Ordered a colour and developer, only the colour arrived, when I forwarded the order confirmation email to them asking where the developer was I got a reply saying I had only ordered a colour, I responded by stating the order details state colour and developer, still waiting for a reply

I bought 2 toners on the basis i get an extra one free with the bogo WHICH WAS BUY 2 GET 1 FREE on wella products, i added the code to the basket on checkout which stated BOGO applied, i received my 2 toners on time however not the free toner. I am yet to receive a reply on my email.

Got exactly what I ordered and approved promptly as stated! Happy I received the items I wanted as this seems to be the only place in the UK that sells the specific toner I want :)

Unfortunately I had a bad experience I could not solve yet. I have bought two products: a toner and a developer cream on Thursday 14th Jan 21. The product arrived faster than expected, which I appreciated. However they sent only one of the products: the toner. I have not received any answer yet. I ended up buying another product. I received a message in which they let me know I received the product and in which they asked for a review. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t received the what’s app messages, they do not reply on messenger. I am still waiting for the refund, at least of the product that haven’t arrived and I paid for... Very disappointing.

Ordered T18 wella toner and 20 vol developer. It arrived super quick.
Great product and service. Will definitely be buying from here again and have recommended.

Speedy delivery, I ordered Thursday morning and received by Saturday with their standard delivery.
The product was as described, packaged well in perfect condition.
I will use this company again

I brought 2 1l bottles of developer which were the cheapest I could find online, (both under 4,) I had to pay an extra 5 for the delivery but it was worth it because I still paid less over all for both + p&p, than I would have for 1 smaller bottle, even on amazon! When I ordered they said it would arrive on Thursday but I'm so happy because it came 2 days in advance which was good because I also got an email before it arrived to let me know. Thanks

They didn’t send my goods and I got weird confirmation emails claiming the package was covered by ridiculous insurance amounts. I got a delivery date of the previous year! They stole £37.90 out of my account. Total scam. I tried contacting them on numerous occasions... ignored.

I thought I'd go straight through colourwarehouse than a bigger company to help out.
What a mistake - deliveries are expected to be delayed considering the time of year, but this was silly.
Firstly the date it was meant to arrive came and went, then I *tried* to contact them through many platforms - you will feel like you are being scammed as nobody replies to you for days.
Eventually they did send an email - asking had I received then item yet.
I told them I had not, and after sending proof of my purchase they said it should come soon and sorry for the delay - fair enough and polite at least.

What a coincidence the product arrived two days later, 1st class post.

I had ordered two of exactly the same product, but instead of sending them together to save packaging and using common sense they sent them separately.

Its such a shame that a company operates like this in 2020. I will not be buying from colourwarehouse again and by the looks of it I'm not the only one.

Read Trust Pilot first, unlike I did, haha!
