The customer service received was…
The customer service received was impeccable. Unfortunately the website UI was pretty bad, to the point where the only way to process and make an order was to get a direct email to the sales team. As annoying as that was Travis was so incredibly attentive and helpful and the product I received was fantastic that I will use them again for sure. Would have been 5 stars but the website really wasn’t great.

First time user experience
The website and ordering process is brilliant. The delivery was also great. My complaint is the colour of final product is far off from the graphic sent when placing the order. I used a particular RGB colour and it's not close. They do have a disclaimer addressing the fact that colour might not match exactly but this went from blue to purplish.

Great sticker shame about the transport.
Great sticker, easy to design and approve and quick delivery. My only issue was it was folded for transport usually they come rolled, with the fold it means it doesn’t adhere to the window properly and there’s a crease down the sticker.

We’re very sorry to hear that it arrived folded. Stickers should normally be rolled to prevent creasing, so we understand how frustrating this must be. This isn’t the standard we aim for.
