Terrible and a scam, no confirmation email or any notice of you paying for a subscription is given. Charged me $30 and refuse to refund it even though I have enquired within minutes of the money being taken from my account and without my consent for a subscription

I paid $1.50 AUD for a trial without realising what the Terms and Conditions were, the confirmation email went straight to spam folder. Charged me $45 AUD a week later. Their app is really glitchy, the fine print is not obvious at all on the website nor the app. Refused even a partial refund. Rude and unhelpful. Avoid!

Scam. You pay $1 and then they start charging your card $29. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO

Scam. I took a free quiz and recieved nothing in return. Found out 3 months later they were charging my Visa every 2 months. I didnt even have an account with them. They refuse to refund my money. Do not click on those links.

"Paid" $1 for my analysis results and never got access to my account when trying to login. I also have not gotten charged for my trial. I emailed the company to ask that they cancel my subscription and refund any potential charges. I have not received a response. I wish I read the complaints here prior to paying for the results, I was able to see the message about a reoccurring fee if I failed to cancel my subscription but did not think that they would block access to creating an account completely. Very heinous and deceptive tactics.

This company is a scam. They took my money when I unsubscribed and won’t pay me back! They don’t even have a human to respond in the email either. Everyone you send a email , the exact same response is displayed. SCAMMMMM

Wish I had seen these reviews before paying a dollar to get a colour analysis that never arrived and then they removed £22 from my bank account a week later . I see from these reviews that there was small print about a subscription , I certainly never saw it . These type of companies and people operating it are scum of the earth and all the more reason never to buy anything off the Internet which is becoming a swamp. Thankfully my bank have refunded me but card had to be cancelled . Total criminals in my opinion .

There is a one star because a no star option was not given. This did not help me at all regarding helping me to understand the colors that work well for me. They are quick to charge you almost a thirty dollar fee/month, and without any notice. DO NOT USE! Very unhelpful and money hungry.

Scam, they will attempt to charge you AFTER taking the quiz and will attempt to scam you into a subscription. I was lucky to read reviews here before payment. They will charge you $1 just to then prompt you to 30 monthly. Run away babes

A total scam. I paid for a $1 color analysis and was then charged $29.30 for a subscription! They never told me that the $1 charge was a trial. I have to dispute this first with them and then my bank! And I never received an email about a trial or an upcoming subscription charge as they claim. Stay far away from this company!

It’s a scam, don’t fall for it. I just wanted to see my color analysis, so I tried it. I literally paid $0.99, and after that, it just redirected me to the login page. When I tried to log in with the email I used for the test, it wouldn’t let me. They never even sent me the results email like they said they would.

Said .99 cents and charged me 29.99 for 3 months! Even after I canceled! I disputed the charge. Don't be fooled! It's a sneaky slippery way to fool people.Karma is a B !

SCAM! Provide email, take quiz, pay $0.99 for results for 7 day trial, followed by monthly $24.99 subscription. Never got results, never received ANY email from them (results, receipt, confirmation etc). They do not provide any contact information ANYWHERE. Going to have to file dispute with bank. ALL VERY FRUSTRATING! AVOID!!!!

It’s a scam. You pay $5 to have a color analysis done once and then you get billed $30 per month, but nowhere on the screen does it say that will happen and there is nowhere on the website that you can email them or call to cancel the subscription. I saw the review someone else made about not getting their money back and am now going to be disputing the transaction through my bank.

SCAM. Initial $1 for color analysis with very small print detailing further monthly subscriptions. Assumed would detail cancellation process on email. No emails received. No way of contacting them to cancel subscription other than email as customer stripe portal link on their site doesn’t work. Filing dispute with bank to try and ensure no further money taken.
