Terrible scam!

I feel so stupid falling for this. It signs you up for a subscription which is impossible to cancel as you have to send them an email and they don’t reply. Panicking terribly now. Don’t trust!!

SCAM still cannot figure out how to cancel I am livid. Unable to login to my account and email attempts to reach the company went undelivered. Do not try this it is a scam

The fact that it said more than just "go dark" or "go warm" was what I found most appealing. I truly understood what to look for on the box after it clarified undertones and contrast.

I looked up the suggested hair color before my next visit to the salon. My hair color turned out to be the best I've had in years after I showed them to my stylist.

Paid $1 to get my results turned out i was singing up and paying $30 for three months. Be very careful, very sneaky

I took a quiz on a website that popped up when I googled color analysis. I didn’t know I was paying for a 3 month subscription. I thought I had it canceled after that, but it happened again. I am now out $60. Awful.

will charge you $30 3 months after. Very hard to get membership cancelled.

THEY ARE Selling SOMETHING FOR 0.99 dollars and when you agree to pay that you *apparently* also agree to pay 29.99$ every 3 months but this is WELL HIDDEN FROM YOU

I did everything from my phone in a few minutes. Uploading photos was simple, and the results page is clean, not overloaded with information.

Hiden charges. They hook me with a 1$ trial. But then charge me 40 Canadian dollars.
I tried to join customer service but the domain didnt exist!!!!
So frustrated.

I liked that it combines classic color seasons with AI. The suggestions felt updated and not stuck in old-school rules, almost like having a digital stylist.

I realized most of my closet was in shades that made me look tired. With the color recommendations, I know exactly what to look for when I shop, and I’ve stopped wasting money.

You do not get info that there is subscription, it initially shows just one dolar to get your results.
On day 6 they tried charging me full subscription but bank rejected it.
I sent very angry email because:
They hide that it it only trial
They did not give full 7 days
I blocked my card so they are not going to get money from me for sure

I’m not into fashion, but I wanted to look more put together on Zoom calls. The site explained my best colors in a way I could understand and use right away.

Paid for the colour analysis, there was no mention of it being a subscription!! Was very shocked when £29.90 came out of my account a week later!!!

0 stars. The 0.99 chart is actually for a 7 day trial and not for the results or app itself. This is not shared on the payment screen. They hide it in the receipt email, and charge your card automatically for a subscription you never signed up for. Customer service is useless, citing their return policy is no refunds. They know exactly what they’re doing.

On top of that the app is shit.
