Always very helpful and quick with dealing with enquiries.
The website is easy to navigate and managing pension is very straightforward, after the initial call where they explain everything it was very easy to set up companies and upload contributions.
Ideal for small employers or practises, who needs the job done.
We will definitely recommend Collegia to all our clients who employ their first member of staff and need to set up pension scheme.

Tried to upload a csv file at 9.15pm, and it threw up an error message! I sent a message through online chat, expecting a reply in the morning (the chat closes at 5.30pm), and 5 minutes later Riccardo had fixed the issue!

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!…
Software can be a bit tricky to navigate being a new employer so I have made a few mistakes along the way but the customer service - wow!
No matter what mess up I've made or help I need I've had assistance so quickly and better than I've ever received with any supplier of product or service before.
They even screen recorded a demo specifically on my account and emailed it to me so I could follow it for future use. Seriously impressed!
