This company is a scam. They try to push you into expensive courses you never asked for. There is an overwhelming amount of strange and aggressive communication via WhatsApp. I cannot recommend them – untrustworthy, intrusive, and rude.

I received a call from one of their so called counselors. I said to him that I was not interested in joining any online MBA program now and don't need any help at present. He said ok and cut the call. Then he without my consent registered me with 7 universities by sharing my personal details!
What kind of scam practice is this???
They are trying to get commission and sharing my details with universities when I explicitly stated I am not interested in any programs at present. This is purely unprofessional and scammy behaviour. Please don't share any personal details with them!

I would like to share my disappointing experience with College Vidya and Jain University regarding my MBA in Business Analytics admission for the January batch.

After taking admission through College Vidya, I faced numerous issues due to the handwritten marksheet from my previous university, Delhi University. Initially, College Vidya informed me that my degree certificate was required. After I provided this document and it was approved, they raised an issue with my marksheet. Jain University then requested a digital copy or transcript marksheet, which I provided to both College Vidya and Jain University. Despite this, my documentation remains incomplete.

Firstly, College Vidya assigned a coordinator named Anam Khan, who spent 2-3 months asking for various documents and making no progress. I received numerous calls from both College Vidya and Jain University and provided all requested documents, yet no resolution was reached. As a result, I was moved from the January batch to the July batch, causing a significant delay in my education.

Now, two new coordinators, Chandni and Sourav, have been assigned to my case. Despite my continuous efforts and communication, they seem indifferent to resolving my issues. I have already paid the semester fee, and when I inquired about a refund, I was told it would take 60 working days. Because of these delays and mismanagement, I am at risk of losing an important year of my academic and professional life.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting. I hope sharing this review helps other students be cautious when dealing with College Vidya and Jain University. I urge these institutions to improve their communication and resolution processes to prevent such issues in the future.
