Excellent Experience with Collective.org

I’ve been using Collective.org for my tirzepatide, and I’ve been extremely happy with my experience. Their online portal is very user-friendly and makes the entire process simple and convenient. Their pricing is also excellent and, compared with other providers I’ve looked into, very reasonable.

What really stands out, though, is their customer service. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.

The combination of easy-to-use technology, great pricing, and outstanding customer service has made my experience with Collective.org a very positive one. I would definitely recommend giving them a look if you’re considering a telehealth provider.

I was a little uncomfortable starting the process with a GLP1 but I had so many questions answered before I started a couple of weeks ago as well as during this process. My RX arrived ASAP as promised and I love all of the information and education provided to help me on this journey.

Everything was as described. They are adding new services that are included. This week we got to ask questions of a nutritionist and the CEO. Exciting to hear about other ways they will support us in our journey. Price does not go up with higher doses!

Everything I have experienced has been seamless. The application & approval process was easy & I was approved the following day. I received my medication within a few days. I was also impressed with the amount of information they have available for their clients, and how you have a team you can message any time you have a question or problem. This is definitely the way to go!

So far, it’s been the best Glp-1 provider I’ve had! I’ve tried 3 and none have compared! With them being there for questions and support, automatically explaining the process ahead of time to eliminate the questions and concerns, plus they’ve also offered live Q&A chats/education with a dietician—and they’ve said it will be a weekly thing for members. And the price alone is well below any of the others. I wish I would have discovered them when I was starting! They even give a few week grace period for the annual fee to help you make your decision/make it easier to separate it out from the med cost. And there are no hidden fees—love it! They are also VERY fast. I did the intake forms on Labor Day and was approved that day. I got the med within a few days that week and it came very well packaged. They may not give you options for a pharmacy—but if their medication works for you—you couldn’t get any better (It’s been working great for me btw)!

Very prompt order received. Exactly what I was promised. Any questions I've had were answered in the online portal with the Collective medical provider. This is the best pricing for compounded GLP-1s I've seen. Overall very happy with my experience. Packaging is environmentally friendly.

They have the best customer service! The price cannot be any better. The packaging is wonderful for med shipments. And they have Q&A weekly with a registered dietician. Truly a great company and program.

I joined collective.org and I had responses from customer service and the doctors within 1-2 hours. The product arrived and it was still cold and the packaging was really good. Collectove.org offers weekly zoom calls which I just attended great info given for my weight journey. I don’t feel like a number. Thank you and your entire staff!

I started my experience 4 days ago and I am thrilled. The whole experience is professional with fantastic pricing, an easy to use portal and really great support.

I signed up on monday. Just received my medicine today. Very impressed. Customer service is super helpful. The portal is amazing and i enjoyed the Q n A session on zoom with their Diatition.

Communication was vastly superior to what I have experienced with other companies in this space. Collective was super quick to process my order and get it to me right away. Price is the best in the marketplace.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Collective and they clarified what was meant about the 3 month supply. I can purchase monthly, but I will review with the care team every 3 months. I am satisfied with their answer and will update again after I receive my meds.
I went through the approval process but I was told that I have to order a 3 month supply in order to be approved. It clearly states on its site that you do not have to buy in bulk. I ordered one month to see how well the service works before committing to a 3 or 6 month supply which I normally would order. So far I’ve sent notes to customer service and have not received any responses. They did put a hold charge of $69 on my card. I have no way to reach them except through the portal. I’ll give them one more day before I call my bank.

I’ve just started with Collective, but after a horrible experience with another company, I am very pleased so far. Support answered my email question almost immediately and gave me honest advice. I’ll definitely be recommending Collective!

This company is a game changer for those of us using GLPs. Transparent, low pricing, great member portal, amazing customer service. I was able to work with their doctors to continue at my current dose — for less than half of what I was paying. Hope they continue to do what they are doing!

I have only good things to say about collective--pricing is transparent (and way lower than what I was paying before), sign up was easy, and my medications arrived on time. This is a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned!

They tell you one price in the beginning then once you complete they double billed me and there is charges for higher amounts. You have to start at lower dosage!! No can do. Not a good experience. Its AI service

Unique concept, similar to how Costco makes most of their money off of membership versus what they sell.

They offer monthly plus the cost of membership. $59/$69 semaglutide / tirzepatide. Initial trial, after the trial, $199/year.

The customer service, packaging, and product are great so far. The tirzepatide is from Wells Pharmacy.

The packaging is all recyclable, which is a nice change from the styrofoam you normally get from telemeds, and even with that, the medicine arrived cold.

The downsides are that you don't have control of what pharmacy you choose, and that this is a new company, so it has an unknown track record.

Happy so far even with the unknowns.
