I which over to this company because of no membership fees and it's just a few dollars cheaper. I paid and spoke with a doctor the same day on September 10th. It is now the 23rd and still haven't received my medication. I switched over to this company 2 weeks prior to my medication running out. Just to not be able to continue on time. This is really unacceptable. The other company would have shipped out 2 to 3 days after taking my money. Even though a rep keeps emailing me every other day. But still, with no update of why the pharmacy is taking so long to fill my prescription is really diabolical. When ask for a refund I'm told it's gonna take 5 to 10 business days. Depending on my bank, when I order my medication 13 days ago, you took my money out right then. Now I have to wait almost two weeks to get my money back is crazy. Honestly, I am going back to the company I was with, with the membership fee. I didn't have to worry about anything and my medicine arrived 2 to 3 days after payment. If I could give a 0 star, I would definitely give them 5 zeros.

This med does not work - Semaglutide is not real. I tried it from here because it was less expensive. Well it made me hunger and gained weight. I contacted customer service and they wont give any money back because it is a med. what kind of excuse is that.

It only took a hour for me to be approved and they started me on the next dose as im on it from a diff place they took my word and didn't want picture of prescription. I love how their is no membership price. It has not shipped yet but its only been like 36 hours. I will update when I get it to review shipping and how the medicine affects me.

I found Mondae after trying two other GLP companies that advertised "no price increase on increased dosage," but it was close to impossible to get timely responses, much less increases beyond my starter Trizepatide dose after months. On top of that, their patient portals were awful.

I finally tried Mondae because,of all the new compounded GLP companies I was looking at, Mondae was the only one who gave me an estimate of the dose they would be trying to get approved if I signed up. (All the others wanted me to switch, but gave NOinsight into what my first dose with them might be.)

I understood it would have to be approved by the clinical team, but it was so refreshing to see what dose Mondae was actually targeting for me! So I signed up with Mondae and am thrilled I did.

Great news, my increased dose was approved, and the portal and app were heads and tails better that the two prior companies I tried.

I also had a few questions post order, and the were responsive, professional and gave very informed, detailed responses. (Juan was great!)

I am so so happy I switched to Mondae. Everything has been transparent, efficient and professional. Finally I feel like I found a company who wants to help me find a dose that actually works, versus just see how long they can keep me at a starter dose just to maximize profit.

To anyone looking to switch GLP companies, this is a company that will actually give you an estimate of your target first dose with them...BEFORE you pay.

I asked which pharmacy they use and requested a Certificate of Analysis, but they refused to provide either until I pay and receive the medication. Then, they said, I can read the pharmacy name on the package and contact them myself. Sorry guys, but it’s very scammy.

Takes almost 1 month to get prescriptions filled. Who wants to pay for a refill that you won’t receive in time to prevent a lapse in medication??? No one.

Still haven't received my order .
And you already have a date to take money off my card again. You cant speak to anyone all you can do is email or a robot chat. I would not recommend this to anyone

I just got my package. and had 1 dose so far so I am not able to tell how well it is doing. As for shipping it came on the day it was suppose to

I would have liked a little more communication as a first time patient/customer but I just received the medication and will continue to review.

My results have been amazing.
Company has been on spot with my orders.

Ordered over a week ago and this still has not shipped. I messaged to find out where my order was and was told it was still being processed.

The delivery took longer than expected and the product was packed in cold packs, however the packs were completely defrosted and the vial of injection was warm to the touch.
The dashboard never updated to tell me the delivery was on its way.
The informational flyer that was included to give instructions was in VERY small print and hard to read. I had to take a picture of it on my phone and enlarge it there to read the instructions.

Came quick instructions were easy and can't wait to see results!

Bad company, predators going after your money. They assign you to a drug you didn’t agreed, and they don’t return your money

My medication came warm, ice pack completely melted and warm. They are telling me it's safe at room temperature for 7 days but this is South Texas with 100+ degree temperatures and who knows how high it got or how long it was over temp for. 1 small ice pack with 2 day shipping is not sufficient in Texas in the summer. I will not order from here again because I don't feel safe using the warm product I received.

I am beyond pleased not only with the affordable price but also the quickness of my delivery.
