I ordered my tshirt 3 weeks ago and I have not received it. I have emailed twice and received no response.

Still waiting on a tee shirt l ordered a few weeks ago which they didn’t delay debiting my account for and haven’t received any replies to my emails or request for a refund. They don’t even deserve one star but they wouldn’t care!

Thought I would buy a Coldplay t-shirt beforehand so could wear to the concert. No t-shirt, no customer service, no nothing!!
T-shirt arrives 3 weeks later and the quality is terrible. Sizes are way too big, and the material is thin and rough!!

Coldplay concert was amazing but their merchandise is not up to quality standard!

Hate to give something this low mark Coldplay related, but Coldplay.com and the customer service team within are an absolute joke. Take forever to reply unless you chase (even though they tell you no to and you give them 2,3 weeks) and they are now selling photocopied dot matrix quality type prints of posters and basically ripping off the consumer. Then there were the delays with t-shirts last time. What's the actual point? AVOID this website and make your own.

I bought 2 items from the shop 3 weeks ago. A t-shirt and a jumper. I haven’t received anything yet. I have sent 4 emails that nobody even bother to answer. I want to get a
Refund as this was suppose to be a present and who knows when I
Will receive it but nothing.
It’s a shame as the band is the greatest band

From Coldplay’s official online store, I had ordered a limited edition copy of their Moon Music album on vinyl. It came in a special ‘notebook’ sleeve design. To qualify for getting a limited signed art card, I also ordered the same album on cd. Although the two editions of the album arrived, I never received the signed art card. I later spoke to someone from the Coldplay store, who explained that there were no copies of the signed art card left, but would try to sort something out. And so, several weeks later, received a message that a copy was being dispatched. This was about 3 weeks ago, and still nothing. Amazon Shipping have been handling these deliveries, probably due to huge demand? The experience of this has made me wonder why I should even bother with the group’s music! I still like their music, but I think next time I’ll go to a music shop, and get the standard version! Now I can’t even phone to get any answers, and a recorded message asks customers to submit their queries via an online form. Poor, very poor; glad I’m not seeing them live. Sometimes we get feelings of disappointment with our favourite artists, but this takes the biscuit. I’ll refrain from saying something truly unpleasant!

Still haven‘t received a big order from
JUNE this year. The so called „customer Service“ only finds excuses to postpone the shipping.
I hope the management of the band will find a solution to increase a proper Service and a good online Shop.

Ordered a t-shirt from the tour and a vinyl in pre order. Thought they would send them together, but after three months only received the vinyl and then had contact about the shirt.
They just refunded it without explaining after 3 months of waiting. They said too bad .. While i still lost taxes and a part of the shipping.

Still haven't received my CD that I ordered from the official UK store. In spite of repeated emails, I haven't heard back from them at all. They have taken my money but I have nothing to show for it and no indication if and when anything will arrive, I will never buy from them again and would recommend going elsewhere.

Pre ordered vinyl and cd in June and still not received. Company are claiming that Amazon should be returning a package and then they will send out again. No indication when this might be so extremely disappointed. I wonder if the Coldplay management company are aware of how fans are being treated. Goods received 1st November but not the signed art card. This appears to be the experience of other early purchasers so this may be a lesson to others pre ordering in the future.

Absolutely terrible. Pre-ordered a signed copy of Moon Music to get CD and pre-sale concert tickets. The pre-sale was a complete joke as it had been opened to all and sundry and there were hundreds of thousands of people ahead of me with no chance of getting any tickets. When the CD arrived, a week late, it was just a bog-standard shrink-wrapped unsigned copy that I could have bought for less a week earlier. Also ordered a "We Pray" T-shirt over a month ago, which I have been charged for. I wanted it specifically for something a week later but there is still no sign of it and they won't let me cancel the order because it is being "processed". Coldplay need to get another company to do their merchandising as this shower is ruining their reputation.

Edit: T-shirt order finally cancelled and refunded. And apparently I didn't order a signed copy, which is news to me.

Ordered moon vinyl, CD package in June. Still not received my items. No response from customer service. Really really poor service. NEVER BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. Total lack of respect for their customers.

Poor service. Ordered moon music by Cold play on vinyl and CD. Only the vinyl has arrived. No one replying to messages sent. Is it going to arrive? Who knows. Not buying from coldplay again.

I bought the new album Moon Music on CD from the Coldplay store. Shipping is super slow and there is no tracking available. I would have expected the preorders to be dispatched prior to release date so that they arrive with customers on or around the release date. Also there is no shipment tracking offered. Poor.

You say your all about the music but your frauds !
Tried for five years to purchase genuine tickets.
Unfortunately money has destroyed there values and priced out the hard working families such as mine.
£300 per ticket plus trains, accommodation ect is extortionate, basically the equivalent to a small family holiday.A band I used to relate to is now just a money making machine.
Hope you enjoy your concerts full of rich dull people rather than genuine hard working fans.

Coldplay encourages you to buy the album to get a presale code. Then, the presale sells out, but general sale tickets go on sale the following day. This is profiteering by Coldplay. If the tickets sell out during the presale, then fair enough, but going on general sale when the pre-sale code holders cannot get tickets (having bought the album) is dubious business practice. SHAME ON YOU, COLDPLAY!

Not happy. I have seen Coldplay live 7 times and wanted to see them in Amsterdam and Manchester. Ticketmaster are the only official sellers and they are shocking. “Sold out” within minutes, yet there are thousands of tickets available within minutes of originally going on sale, but at 6 times the ticket price.
The band Coldplay should ensure that their own tickets are being sold fairly. Coldplay have let me down.
