If I could award zero stars I would, worst customer service ever. I placed my order in August, they gladly took my money and then informed me there was a delay. In October I received email it was being shipped and as of today no delivery of item. I have been communicating via email but no resolution offered and with no tracking number information unable to track where parcel is. I have escalated this to my bank in hopes of receiving refund. Its an absolute disgrace that a band as big as Coldplay is using such a disreputable service

Horrible , ordered on 7/16/25 and no nothing. If the item isn’t available, why would they take your money?

This is the worst communication in the world. Shipping takes 2-3 months, even though you are in the same Europe.
Avoid this company people, better buy vinyls on other sites. I am very sorry, but I think Chris does not know about this, and it is very damaging to his reputation

If I could give this site a zero, I would. Items never arrived, cannot make any communication with them, thought it was a scam. Posted on social media and sadly others had the same experience, one or two got part of their order but said it was terrible quality and some items were missing. Don't order from them, hugely disappointing. In the end the bank reimbursed me and tracked them down. Terrible experience. Bet Chris Martin would be gutted to know this site existed in his bands name.

Placed order on 14/11 but never received order. Emailed them but never responded. This is a total scam

The worst on line service inhave ever experienced. Order a tour t shirt seven weeks ago. After 2 weeks i emailed. Took them five weeks to reply promising to dispatch next day. Then got another message the following day saying sold out.
Can't help but feel let down by coldplay. I know this will be a subcontractor but coldplay chose them

I have ordered a jumper and have been awaiting dispatch notification. Used WhatApp to contact the company who stated they could not find the order & to email them. I then email them, automated reply. The reply was they have delays and the jumper will be sent out asap. Requested a refund due to delays, no reply, SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I ordered a Tshirt whilst at the Sydney concert in November 2024 and heard nothing back, reached out a few times via emails as well to no avail. It's only when I disputed with my bank that coincidently a few days later I received an order update via email that its out for delivery. What a joke! Received tshirt today (early Jan), almost 2 months later. Poor service. I would suggest raising a dispute with your bank, it worked for me so may help others.

Complete scam - I ordered a sweatshirt on 16/11/24 and 6 weeks later have not received this. The company have not replied to any emails. Do not order from this site.

Sadly scammed like everyone else. Reportedly this is an official Coldplay website but I can only hope it isn't as they are a scam.
Ordered 2 tshirts and 6 weeks later, no delivery, no refund, no nothing.

The official Coldplay AU site and company is a scam!!! They are frauds. Stay away. I ordered two tshirts after the concert in Melbourne and they never delivered them. I contacted them 3 times and no response. If you go on Reddit you will see lots of other Australian have the same issue. People are charged for items and they never receive them. I’m surprised the band are associated with a company that steals money from their fans. Not cool.

Absolute joke this website I’ve ordered 2 Tshirts and I don’t think I’ll be seeing them any time soon ! No communication ! No nothing feeling ripped off !! Should be able to give minus scores ..ridiculous!

This site is a joke. Ordered t-shirt 2 months ago, still not arrived. Tried contacting them more than once & asking for a refund but no reply. Ripped a lot of people off😡

Beware - Rip off website. I paid $75 for a T-shirt over a month ago. It still has not been sent. I emailed to follow up and received no response. I have now sent another email to cancel the order and demand a refund. I will update if I receive any response.

Bought a t shirt long time before concert to wear, it never arrived. I’ve emailed their customer service and no reply for awhile. This is the official website from their app, so I’m surprised that they’re not taking this seriously.

This company is absolutely shocking! I purchased a sweatshirt for my grandson's birthday in plenty of time and had no communication apart from them taking my money and order confirmation. I tried emailing three times and got no response, then found they had a whatsapp number for messages only - messaged within working hours yesterday - no response. Messaged several times today and no response until I said I wanted to cancel the order - apparently they are refunding but it is now too late for my grandson's birthday present - despicable company

Have placed 2 orders over the past 4 weeks for merchandise and not received anything and no-one is replying back to my emails as to when it wil be shipped out. I will be going to the Retail Ombudsmen and making a complaint soon if I do not get a reply or my items sent.
