Lovely stools but delivery was a nightmare

When I placed my order for two bar stools, delivery was supposed to be within 5-7 days. 10 days later we still hadn't received them, nor had I received any communication to say there was a delay. We were going on holiday a week later and did want them delivered while we were away, especially as our neighbours were away at the same time.
I contacted Colamy and was advised that as my order was a pre sale item it was due to be delivered mid October. I said OK, but specifically asked that they not be delivered before 14 October, which Colamy agreed to. My stools turned up literally as we were loading our cases into the boot of our car to get to the airport on 6 October.

When we returned, my husband started to assemble the stools but the instructions were not very clear and they took a little while for him to figure it out. He's an engineer so used to putting practically anything together! But now the stools are in place they look lovely and very classy, hence two stars.

Bar stools

Excellent bar stools. A bit fiddly to put together, but not impossible!
Comfortable, stylish, lovely colour.
Very reasonable price and great value.

Ordered the Atlas over 10 days ago now

Ordered the Atlas over 10 days ago now. Evri telling me to speak to Colamy, Colamy saying it's the sellers responsibility. A single email from Colamy to ackowledge and direct me back to Hermes/Evri and a full run around. Be very wary, there are many reviews with the same issues. Take responsibility for your business and getting product to your customers. You happily accept the money - now produce the goods!

Office/Gaming Chair

I was browsing reviews to find a quality chair for working from home and unwinding in the evenings with video games. I wanted a chair with excellent back support—since you only get one spine—and enough comfort to help me relax. The assembly process was incredibly straightforward, and the moment I sat down, I was impressed. The features, support, and overall build quality were outstanding, especially for the price. Delivery arrived faster than anticipated, and I can confidently say I’m thrilled with both my experience and the purchase. I’d highly recommend this chair to anyone with a budget under £1000.
