There was a delay with my order, unfortunately it was a frozen delivery and there was no more dry ice left by the time it arrived. The dumplings partly defrosted and stuck together. When cooked, it was a mushy mess. I'm hesitant to order frozen goods again. Other things I've ordered have been perfect.

Excellent service, couldn’t fault anything.

I didn't receive my order on the date requested. However, I got an email and call the very next day. The lady had located my order, explained there had been a problem, booked a date and I got the most amazing box of goodies. Highly recommended and exceptional customer service. Thank you also to the lovely courier who dropped of the goodies.

Perfect delivery packaged with ice packs. Will definitely continue using colab pantry.

This service was wonderful. We had a hiccup with delivery and the team went above and beyond to fix and solve this issue to ensure the parcel arrived. Their communication is excellent and I highly recommend them.

Ordered a basket for my daughter in Melbourne. Being from Canada I didn’t have any information about this company but went with customer reviews. Wasn’t disappointed, my daughter loved it and said it was filled with very good products and was very impressed all around! Thank you, I will be doing this again !!

Ordered a mixed box for my mum’s birthday. Slightly pricey, but delivery was quick and I left it to the last minute to get her something! As I’m living in London I thought that this was the best option due to my own disorganization. Before pa loo yment, I wrote a personalized message for her in the appropriate text box field, but this was not included in the delivery. Mum was confused as to who had sent her the package, and never received the card. The portions were also small for the price, but not outrageous. I want to support this local Aussie brand, but this was a bit disappointing.

I ordered this as a gift on Friday for a Tuesday delivery but was only emailed the following Friday that the parcel hadn’t been delivered because you were short of the crostilli I had ordered and you requested to swap it for a DIY pack of Cannoli. When I questioned why it had taken all week to call me to ask this I was told that you also hadn’t had the taramasalata I had ordered in stock until the Thursday but I should have been advised of this which I wasn’t.
The box once delivered was well received however.

Great products (!) however the eggs were broken which meant everything was a mess. Not ideal having to clean off egg from other products, which dampened the experience.

First time order so was anxious on when the delivery will arrive. Whilst a lot of my products weren't Next Day Delivery, I didn't expect that it would take a week to receive! Not to mention you only get 2 notifications of the delivery; an email a day before indicating timeframe between 8am - 5pm & an SMS when it has been delivered.
I read in your Delivery FAQ's if the goods couldn't be delivered in a safe place, that it would be returned to Co-Lab (so another week delivery?). Plus it's full of perishable goods, so a vague 8am-5pm delivery window put me on edge.

I've experienced other online delivery services where you receive an email/SMS a day before, an SMS with an online link to the tracking info which provides updated ETA's & how far the delivery is AND an SMS to confirm it was delivered.
For the prices you pay at Co-Lab, I expected a bit more transparency with delivery information; I feel it's all a bit vague. Still undecided if I'll use them again.
Received all my goods though, intact & none missing, so that's a plus.

Poor communication. I ordered a hamper which was delivered in two separate lots. The recipient who’s birthday it was contacted me to question what the joke was after receiving just a breadstick. Is it not possible to time things in such a way so that all contents are delivered simultaneously?

Co-Lab provides easy access to restaurant quality food. Love it!

My order was processed in a timely manner, notification of the tracking history was received which allowed me to follow the progress of my order; then the delivery was on time and presented in a courteous and respectful manner.

Website was really easy to navigate, finding the items I was looking for while also being distracted by all the other delicious looking items! Great communication regarding delivery, with regular updates of when my items were arriving.

Too expensive and quality doesn't reflect the price
