Svar från CoinGate Gift Cards
Hello,
Thank you for your review. We're sorry this felt like a poor experience.
We have no record of you contacting CoinGate Gift Cards support about this order. The gift card was delivered to your email in under a minute and redeemed shortly after. The order amount on our side was $128, not $150.
If something still looks wrong, please email us at support@coingate.gift with your order ID. We're happy to review it with you directly.
Kind regards,
CoinGate Gift Cards Team

Cordialement,
CoinGate Gift Cards Team
Bought a gift card but never got codes. No way to contact.
Bought a gift card. Payment was quickly confirmed. That was the easy part. Then an email came in telling how to redeem the gift card and then the troubles began.
After "23 minutes" I would get an email with the codes to use the gift card, but that email never came.
Contacting them by email or chat on the website is just AI chatbots. No human intervention. You cannot get a human person to help you. Probably lost my money. Avoid this website!

They sit on my 16 USD worth of gift card
On 14th of November I placed an order for a 160 USD rewarable gift card (Order 1481602)(hash number 0x9e3050ba7d86915d22feb94095733a43ad107bf027b9203589018dff98510fcd)
Despite payment being made in full they refused to deliver order and constantly stalled me ,bringing excuses such as payment being canceled and even referring me to completely irrelevant companies.
