Hello Tijmen,
Thank you for your review, and we're sorry this felt like a bad experience.
We never sell used gift cards. Cards are issued brand new when you order. From what we can see, this gift card was redeemed a couple of minutes after purchase. We replied in support and did not hear back after that.
If something still looks wrong on your end, email us at support@coingate.gift with your order ID and we'll take another look.
Kind regards,
CoinGate Gift Cards Team
