I bought a water tank replacement here for my Delonghi coffee machine. Product was well described on the website so I didn't have to worry if it is the right one.
The package was shipped instantly and arrived quickly to Ireland. Product is as described; the new tank fits perfectly and the coffee machine is working again!!!

Great Value, good product.
The bean-to-cup coffee machine offered the best value on the market and was delivered promptly. The only issue I encountered was the two-prong plug, which is not suitable for use in Ireland. Other than that, everything was good.

Mijn Coffeefriend
Mijn Coffeefriend was flink te laat! Ze had zich niet aan de afspraak gehouden. Daar was ik natuurlijk niet zo blij mee. Ik heb maar een berichtje gestuurd, want meestal is ze gewoon redelijk op tijd (eerder netjes aan de afspraken gehouden). John vertelde dat ze nog niet vertrokken was, maar kreeg niet echt hoogte van hem. Via de chat sprak ik later Katarina, bleken m’n vrienden in het buitenland te zitten. Hadden ze beter even kunnen zeggen, dat het daarom wat langer zou duren. Katarina begreep dat ik het jammer vond. Ze heeft het goed gemaakt, door te trakteren op een lekker bak koffie! Haar lievelings nog wel en dat snap ik helemaal.
Natuurlijk blijft ze mijn Coffeefriend!

Bestelling?????
Afgelopen weekend een bestelling gedaan, waar geen enkele bevestiging van kwam, nu bijna 1 week verder en nog steeds niets gehoord. terwijl wel betaald is etc. mails worden ook niet beantwoord, geen enkel contact mogelijk, niet via telefoon, niet via de chat, niet via messenger, niets maar dan ook helemaal niets , de laatste beoordelingen die zo hebben gehad op hun site dateert van mei van dit jaar (2023)

Great experience - spotted that I needed a different plug
Great experience. After placing the order Coffee Friend recognized I was ordering for delivery to Ireland and contacted me straight away to see if I needed the 3 pin plug. I was able to confirm that I did so when the coffee machine I was able to use it straight away. They are now on my recommendation list for friends.

Beste deal, Mega pack SodaStream! Ook nog gratis en snelle verzending! Het was nog even spannend, want bij de aanbieding stond, met twee flessen. In het achterhoofd speelde ze bedoelen vast de gasfles en één bewaarfles. Maar er zitten twee handige bewaarflessen bij en het apparaat is makkelijk te bedienen!

The best service ever!
I am shocked and delighted that this company has been able to deliver my new built-in coffee machine to Barcelona. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Some of my favorites (the Matcha late: Banana & Vanilla; Triple Chocolate Biscuits; Tea sticks - Herbs 'n honey & Green Tea Lemon; Coffee beans Caprisette Crema).
