I like Coffee Club as a company because I have been using it for years . The discount was great and the app was very easy to use. Customer Service Team members was great but can be faster when replying the emails to their customers.

Every time I try to use the app it either doesn’t work in the coffee shop, takes ages or I have to log in all over again. It’s not easy to use

My favourite Nero
My local Nero is superb at Vanguard, York. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Cafe is clean and everything is well presented. I visit almost every day.

Well worth having this app if you like a coffee or two. Lots of coffee shops to choose from who accept the app and 25% is a great saving especially as the cost of drinks is rising.i use it frequently, and downloading the voucher is straightforward

Love Caffee Nero but…
Love Caffee Nero but wish there was more options and more partnerships as most branches are super run down and the tables are all chipped and furniture is super old which is such a shame.
Wish all the chairs etc matched and wished it was slighly more open and comfy.
Overall the coffee is standard apart from when you have to pay
Extra for limited edition one which you can taste the difference but wishing i could use the app else where near home.
Love that i can use my coffee club app but gutted as i think it should be widely partnered -

Coffee Club is a no brainer, I buy a couple of takeaway coffees a week and Neros is my 'go to' and I'm saving about £1 per coffee which will soon cover the cost of the membership
