Absolutely appalling customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order and after chasing for an update as I had heard nothing for 2 weeks I was told it was delayed due to a shipping container incident (seems a common thread reading other reviews) and that the order would be dispatched soon. I wanted another two weeks and still no update - I have eventually had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back after being told I could have refund and not receiving one for over 3 weeks.

They never answer the phone and take weeks to respond to emails - clearly no dedicated customer service team and have no idea how to run a business.

Plenty of other retailers who sell the same hardware for a similar price and who can be trusted. I went to Bella Bathrooms instead and they were great.

Terrible terrible company. Wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12 August ...still waiting. It seems like they are telling their usual lies ie that it is due in the next container.
I am appalled that companies can be so untrustworthy and opaque. They are not picking up phone or answering emails. This company should be reported to an ombudsman and they should not be allowed to trade

Do not use this company - order placed beginning of July and still not received. Now not replying to emails requesting update/refund. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Appalling service. I ordered basin and bath taps in early August. I was told there was a delay to the order. These were then due to be delivered to us on the first week in September. We were then told they were delayed another week and finally promised they would be in stock this week and delivered to us on next day delivery. The items have still not arrived despite promises. I have emailed to chase twice with no reply and have tried to call multiple times but they do not answer the phone. I will now being going through my bank to claim back the cost. A complete waste of time.

Been waiting 2 months for 2 items. They answer emails and give excuses. I think I have lost £40. When I looked up the address they have given on their website, it says permanently closed!!!

I've ordered multiple times from them. One order partially arrived but the rest of the order I'm still waiting on a refund for. The other order never arrived and I'm also still waiting on a refund. This has been going on for over a month. They have £200+ of my money and I can't get through to anyone!

I paid for a shower unit on 10th August. I requested mt delivery to be on the 6th September. I was only informed on delivery day, that they were waiting for the shower doors from their supplier. This was the first I heard of this. When I placed and paid for the item, I was NOT informed that they were out of stock. I did have some contact with a Sales Person (Dan), who seemed great. He even mentioned that there was a possibility that he can get the door delivered early this week. But, since Monday, I have not had any responses to my emails from anyone in the Sales Department. The renovation is taking place right now, which is to be completed on Friday 13th. I still have no shower door. In the interim I asked for a refund.... but have not heard anything

Ordered bath and basin taps over 6 weeks ago and keep getting told there's been delays. Clearly there are stock issues. Not happy.

Stock issues and have to chase for updates. I did recieve a refund once requested.

Ordered a mirror on 7/8/24 with delivery estimated of 5 days but not received it and can’t get hold of the company despite trying to call several times!! Where is my mirror?

5 weeks wasted they said the item was damaged so had to order another 3 weeks later still waiting and they never answer phone or emails, had to contact bank and got my money back

I needed to order some taps from this company as they were much cheaper than a local showroom. I waited nearly two weeks and no sign of the items. When I called the company, they informed me that their container of goods was delayed and had a lot of damages so the stock had to go back and new stock ordered.

I import stuff in the same market as this company and can tell you that it is utter rubbish. Taps dont get damaged in container transport.

Dont waste your time.

Product wrapped properly in protective wrapping, so the mirror arrived in 1 piece. I have used other companies that have delivered broken mirrors.

Purchased 2 sets of taps over a month ago and was informed there would be a delay until August. We haven’t had any answer when trying to contact the email or phone number provided. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered from Coa living back in April, I did experience a brief period where my order seemed to take a while to be shipped as some other reviews have mentioned but it worked out well because I added a few extra items to my order so avoided paying for delivery twice. I have always found customer service really helpful and they respond usually within an hour or two via live chat. The products are beautiful and an unrivalled price. We had an issue with our shower once fitted (last week) but Coa quickly contacted the supplier and had a replacement part sent out to us the next day.

A scam website!! You’ll pay for product and it won’t arrive! Do not use!!

Have taken our money and keep saying delays with supplier.
Can't reach them on the phone - goes straight to voicemail and they are ignoring our calls.
It's been well over a month since we placed our order.
AVOID AT All COSTS.

Mirror not recieved, unable to get anybody to answer phone or respond to emails. Electrician will now charge extra to return and fit in the unlikely event it appears. Speaking with bank to get refund. Based on our and others I would avoid this company

Update 9/8/24 response finally recieved via chat and email. Very polite and apologetic lady advised phone lines were currently down, hence unable to take calls. Must not be the first time since other reviews complained of the same weeks before. Assured mirror will be delivered 12/8/24. Clearly need to improve customer support because many emails, calls and chats were initiated without any response. On the basis mirror will be delivered I will update my rating from 1 to 3 star

Scam website! Ordered 2 mirrors no updates for delivery, tried calling for update number is always busy I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply. Will now have to contact my bank. Do not buy from here
