Order was placed on the 8th of February UK-26063.
It was promptly dispatched 30 minutes later with tracking number issued. Expected delivery date was the 11th. Communicated with EVRI and they were very helpful and responsive. Long story short, they lost the package. I then contacted CNCEST. The nightmare starts. I received no response for days and multiple emails sent. Eventually, got a message back, in German, saying that they are on holiday for the Chinese New Year and that they will respond before the 24th of February. That did not happen. I chased. Was promised it will be actioned. Heard nothing further. Sent another mail asking whether it was sent. Received a short answer that it was and I can get the tracking number the next day. This does not get sent by them, it must be requested. Three emails later, no tracking number and no further communications. I will never in my life buy from them again!!!!!!!!!

Chloe, was quick to respond following their half term break and handled both the query and follow up actions swiftly and professionally leading to a positive outcome. If future needs arises I'll be sure to consider cncest.

Hallo. Haben im April 2025 ein Duschsystem über die Seite Cncest bestellt. Nach ungefähr 6 Monaten hat die Regenbrause Korrosion gezeigt.
Da es noch in der Garantiezeit lag, haben wir uns beim Kundendienst beschwert. Das ist jetzt 4 Wochen her, aber keine Antwort bekommen, obwohl da steht dass die innerhalb von 24 Stunden antworten.
Ich rate euch von der Seite definitiv ab, da die Qualität der Produkte schlecht ist und der Kundendienst die Mails ignoriert.
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ho acquistato un distributore d acqua che è arrivato rotto, volevano fare ostruzionismo cercando di fare un piccolo rimborso, ma con reclamo Pay pal ho ottenuto il rimborso completo ,ma mi hanno fatto pagare 40 per rispedire l articolo, quando dicono chiaramente che entro 60 giorni forniscono loro stessi l etichetta per il reso.Azienda non seria ,mi sono sentita truffata vergognoso .

I purchased a bike for my grandson in November. EVRI claim it was delivered even though it was left in the communal area of a block of flats, near the entrance.
I was sent a picture of a parcel no where near our door. Our front door is behind a fire door.
I reported this to EVRI and CNCEST.
I am still waiting for my refund. Now they’ve stopped responding to my emails.
I have never dealt with a company like this. I hope I never have to again.
No refund after return, ignored by seller
I purchased an EMS Stair Chair on 23 November 2025 for £105.99.
On 12 December 2025 (within 30 days of purchase) I contacted CNCEST to request a return because the item was not as described. After multiple attempts to communicate, a return label was finally issued.
The item was collected from my home by XDP courier on 2 January 2026. Tracking confirms the parcel was received by the courier depot on 7 January 2026. From that moment the parcel was no longer in my possession.
Despite returning the item, I have not received the agreed refund of £89.99. CNCEST has either ignored my messages or failed to resolve the issue.
It is also worth noting that this appears to be a Chinese-based company operating under a UK-facing website, which was not clearly transparent at the time of purchase.
I escalated the matter to PayPal, but due to strict timing rules the dispute was closed without proper consideration of the fact that I requested the return within 30 days.
I paid, I returned the item, and I still have no refund.
Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious when ordering from this company.

Incompetenti e inaffidabili, il servizio clienti praticamente ti prende in giro dall’inizio alla fine. Il mio ordine è arrivato danneggiato, ho chiesto di poter fare il reso e mi hanno risposto che loro non se ne occupano (nonostante sul sito sia specificato il contrario), cercando di convincermi a tenermi l’articolo offrendomi un rimborso del 5%. Dopo varie mail in cui rifiutavo le loro offerte ripetendo che volevo fare il reso, ho dovuto spedire il pacco a mie spese. Ora il corriere mi comunica che il pacco è fermo perché l’indirizzo che mi hanno fornito non è corretto.
Chissà se riusciremo a venire a capo di questa storia. Non comprare mai da loro.

Finger weg von diesem Händler. Habe kaputte / defekte Ware bekommen. Habe es bei denen gemeldet, dann wollten die Bilder/ Video, hab ich gemacht, dann wollten die mir 27€ Rabatt geben wenn ich das kaputte unbrauchbare Ding behalte, die nehmen die defekt gelieferte Ware nicht zurück. Und auf mein Geld warte ich noch immer. Scheint so als ob das eine Masche ist, verschicken unbrauchbare Ware, nehmen die nicht zurück und Geld kommt auch nicht wieder.

Finger weg von dieser Firma! 100 Liter Boiler bestellt wurde nach Erhalt von einem Installateur montiert und dieser war sehr erstaunt denn de Boiler hat keine 100 sondern nur 47 Liter. Das ist Betrug.
Die Firma begründet das mit 100 Liter hat die Aussenhaut, der Inhalt hat 60 Liter. Der Installateur sagt aber definitiv 47 Liter. Rücknahme wird verweigert! Sie ersetzen angeblich ein paar Euro, die kommen dann auch nicht. Reinfall mit China-Schrott!!!!!

Having contacted the company I was asked to contact the parcel company myself when I complained I was sent a loss of item form which I filled in.
I still have not received items purchased although they havebeen paid for 2 months later despite sending 5 additional emails which have not been responded to.
Shameful!
