Great Chewable VIT C
I tried the Vitamin C chewables for six months, and I must say, I was genuinely surprised by the results. For the first time in my life, I got through the entire winter without catching a cold or the flu. Normally, I would expect to come down with something at least once during the colder months, but not this time. The only thing I did differently was take these chewables every day.
The tablets have a distinctly sour taste, more like lemon, although they are orange flavoured. I actually found this really refreshing. I enjoy sour things, so it was a pleasant and zesty way to start my morning. I took one after breakfast each day, and it quickly became a simple and enjoyable part of my routine.
I also appreciated the convenience. There is no need for water or swallowing large tablets. Just a quick chew and you are done. Overall, I am really pleased with the experience and plan to continue taking them. If you are someone who tends to get ill during the winter, or if you are looking for an easy way to boost your vitamin intake, I would definitely recommend giving these a try.
