Dear Ilona, more than just hearing from others, you should find correct information on your own, as they are always available everywhere on the website.
For example, in this case, you just had to read the detailed information you see linked on your dashboard, right under that current month's earnings indicator. Which is an indicator that at the beginning of every month, you will keep seeing starting again from zero, which is correct and normal.
It doesn't mean that you lost your pending commissions. It just means that you need to look at your income report. You will see all your commissions there.
So, please: from your dashboard > menu Personal > Clubshop Wallet. Once there, please pull out a report for the timeframe your want to check.

Dear William, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your problem.

We checked carefully what you're reporting here, and we see that our support team replied rapidly to all the sequence of messages you sent them.

We also see they explained to you that everything is working just fine on our side. No technical issues whatsoever.

Also, our CEO Fabrizio replied to your Facebook post on the official group just one hour after you posted it. You never replied to him.

We rechecked your account just before posting this reply, and again we can confirm everything is working perfectly.

Not only that. We asked a few of our Partners to check on their side, using different browsers. 100% of them confirmed the Clubshop Virtual Mall is working perfectly.

The issue you describe is undoubtedly due to settings on your computer, such as some window blocker, privacy, or similar.

We would be happy to help you find the reason, but you should let us know what kind of computer you are using, which OS, which browser, etc.

You can also book a live call with our CEO, who is always available for everybody, share your screen with him and show your issue.

Please bear in mind we're all here for you, not against you.
