Seamless procedure. Initial contact by email, instant automated acknowledgement from Cloudy to Clear explaining the procedure. Local rep contacted me less than 48hrs later to arrange a visit to see and measure windows. That took place 4 days later and having accepted the quote he telephoned the office and a fitting date was booked there and then for just over 2 weeks further on.

The fitters arrived as expected, took around an hour to fit the new windows. Perfect service, a 25 year warranty on the replacement windows.

Satisfactory and efficient replacement of several windows in the allocated time slot . The two fitters were borderline unprofessional in their attitude but got the job done.
