From initial enquiry, to confirmed booking, to installation and then follow-up, the entire process was professional and very quick.

This is a professional business, serious about ensuring you are a happy customer. The survey of our property was thorough and they listened to what we wanted. It's true to say there was a slight hitch during installation but the company responded extremely well and excellent after sales / installation service ensured a professional conclusion.

Jason was great, came out today to provide a quote and managed to fix my French doors which weren't closing properly, both doors now fitting brilliantly.
Have had cloudy2clear guys out a few times over the years, replacing hinges instead of a full repair.

I can not recommend this company enough. The team (Beth Sean and Jack ) conducted themselves in such a friendly and professional manner. They took time to explain the functions of the new hinges which has brought such a quality of life. Worth every penny.

To now open the window (locking mechanism replaced) requires using both hands and the same when closing. The window frame required modifying which was basically hacked with a multi tool leaving the debris behind for me to clean up afterwards. I'm not one to normally complain, but feel it is justified this time, sorry.

Excellent service from start to finish. The visit to assess the window was carried out at the time/date promised and the new window also fitted on the promised day/time. Good value for money, nobody would even guess sthe window unit had been replaced. Will use again should the need araise.
