Unbelievably quick and efficient
CloudRx have got it right in every way. Ordering is quick and easy (you can even email them if the online repeats have run out) and deliveries almost invariably arrive next day.
I’ve never had issues with availability and overall can’t fault the service.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the delivery agent who delivered and left my meds on the doorstep without getting it signed for.
They answered my email and then call with quick and helpful assistance. Can not fault them.

Prescription Not Issued on Time, No Communication
My prescription was not issued on time and I was unable to get any response despite multiple calls and follow-ups. I was left without essential ADHD medication for several days, which caused significant side effects. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and unprofessional

I was prescribed a weight loss drug at…
I was prescribed a weight loss drug at the start of December. I decided to wait until the new year to start. It was only then I realised that I had received a sharps box which I believed to be the container for the medication. I refrigerated the box but when I tried to open it in the new year I realised there was no medication included. Sadly I haven’t been believed and I am £200 out of pocket.

We have been in touch with you directly via email and have also liaised with the prescribing clinic to fully investigate. We can confirm that the prescription went through multiple clinical and dispensing checks and that the medication was dispensed correctly.
We have additionally reviewed the delivery tracking and packaging details. The parcel was delivered intact with no indication of tampering, and it was sent in packaging consistent with parcels that include medication. Sharps bins alone are sent in much smaller packaging, which was not the case here.

The medication out of stock with no return date from our supplier, but is still available to prescribe by the doctor
My doctor prescribed me some medicine via CloudRx on Friday Dec 19th. I paid for it in the evening and the next day, it marked as dispatched. However, I noticed that it stayed in the same state for 3 more days so I contacted them on Tuesday the 23rd. Multiple calls and no answer so I wrote them and received this reply:
"I can see we are currently awaiting a further response from your doctor as the medication prescribed is currently out of stock with no return date from our supplier.
An alternative medication will either be prescribed or we will be asked to cancel and refund your full order."
I emailed my doctor and received an auto reply that she is on leave (surprise!), so I have to wait for an alternate for 2 weeks!
No, the problem is not the holidays or the doctor. Your system should have showed the doctor that the medicine is not available. It should never have been changed to "dispatched", and I should have been contacted immediately so I could reach out to the doctor ASAP!

Your medication was legally prescribed and approved at a time when it was available to order. Unfortunately, short-term supplier stock fluctuations can occur after a prescription is issued, which can sometimes lead to delays that are outside of our direct control.
Throughout this period, your order status reflected the dispensing stage rather than courier activity, and it was not marked as dispatched until the medication was ready to leave us. As soon as the supplier issue was identified, we contacted your prescriber to explain the situation and awaited their guidance.
While we understand how inconvenient it can be when a prescriber is unavailable, we continued to monitor stock closely and placed the order as soon as the medication became available again. We’re pleased that the prescription has now been successfully dispensed and delivered.
