The scooter was nice and in great condition and was a must-have for my sister with her mobility issues.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. Our first time renting a scooter - my FIL who is 82 greatly enjoyed it. They stayed in constant contact before and after the cruise to make sure of delivery and pickup. It was a great experience.

Last minute need in Dublin
Last minute need in Dublin. Saved our trip. Mom was able to join in most activities. David and the team were quick to meet our need and sent inquiries during our rental to ensure we were fine. The wheelchair was lightweight and regular size. It was delivered to and retrieved from hotel reception. Thank you so much. Highly recommend even if not sure you need. We toured around Ireland and so glad we had it for the week.

Perfect rental experience from Cloud…
I have rented a hospital bed from Cloud of Goods twice. Both times my experience was excellent. Speedy delivery and set up, easy communication, comfortable bed. Both rentals much longer than a month and beds remained in perfect working order.
Marcus was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had to change my delivery and pickup dates more than once.

Cali Reunion Trip
I’m very surprised to see bad reviews. Our experience was 10/10. From time of booking until returned, the company was very responsive. Just returned from a family reunion trip with my disabled father. Our rental cancelled last minute, so our drop-off and pick-up location changed. This company was very accommodating and had no issues with the change which was a relief. I received a courtesy text from both the person dropping off and person picking up. Partner supplier non responsive
Tried for days to reach their partner supplier and could not get a reply on either the partners text or from voice message left on the phone. Tried both three times over 2 days. Clear to me that they would not be responsive if you had a problem.
I will never use them again.

BUYER BEWARE-THEY ARE CROOKS
BUYER BEWARE! These people defrauded an 81-year old stroke patient. They lied to her about the charges and then double billed for a chair that was used for three days. A complaint for fraud on the elderly has been filed against this company with the Alabama Attorney General and the FBI.
They charged my credit card twice and claimed I had rented a lift chair for one day, and then charged my card again for one month for a total bill of $709.99 . I have turned them over to law enforcement, my lawyer, and also contacted my credit card issuer.
After I posted my Yelp review they issed a partial refund of $224.99 which was fraudulently charged on June 5, 2026. So far they have kept $485.00 for two days rental of a lift chair. They are extremely dishonest and unethical and I look forward to seeing the owners of this fraudulent outfit put in jail where they belong. The problem for law enforcement is finding them. They are in hiding and refuse to disclose their location so that an arrest warrant can be issued.
If the fraudsters and outright thieves want to have their day in court theY will furnish their whereabouts so that that can face an arrest warrant and be interviewed by the FBI.
Meanwhile the pubic is being alerted to their crimes perpetrated against the senior citizen, of which we believe there are many, many more victims of their fraud and deception.
In Alabama, crimes against the elderly (individuals aged 60 and older) are strictly prosecuted under the Protecting Alabama's Elders Act. The law covers physical and emotional abuse, criminal neglect, and financial exploitation. Penalties range from misdemeanors to Class A felonies, which can carry penalties of 10 years to life in prison.

We take concerns regarding billing and customer experience seriously and have conducted a comprehensive review of Order ID ending with 407, including the original order details, order modification records, recorded customer service conversations, fulfillment records, and related correspondence.
Our records indicate that the original order was submitted online with a same day delivery date and same day pickup date selected. Following delivery, the intended rental duration was discussed during a recorded phone conversation with the customer support team at Cloud of Goods, after which the order was updated upon receiving consent for the required charges, and a revised confirmation reflecting the extended rental period and associated charges was issued via email for reference.
Our records further indicate that the equipment was subsequently requested to be picked up early after the facility where it had been delivered advised that it could not remain onsite. The pickup request was accommodated by the fulfillment partner.
Although this situation falls outside of our standard refund policy, Cloud of Goods has already reached out directly regarding a goodwill resolution and remains willing to continue discussions in writing or by phone.
As this matter involves private customer information, we believe any further discussion is best handled directly, and Cloud of Goods, as a responsible company, remains open for communication.
Upon further internal review, we have also observed that similar allegations have been made by the same reviewer in other unrelated customer interactions across different platforms. While we cannot speak to those situations, we believe this further underscores the importance of reviewing the statements made in this review against the documented records associated with this transaction.

I rented an electric scooter for the Jacob Javitz convention center. I expected the Delivery by 12 o’clock and it came at 1:45. If I had realized that Jacob Javitz has scooters on premises that they rent I never would’ve rented from Cloud Of Goods. When you called to complain, they put you on hold forever. A truly poor experience. I just received an e-mail from Cloud of Goods. They are saying they will credit me a 20% return for my inconvenience which is the proper way to handle this. I will edit my review to confirm that I received the credit.

Cloud of Goods was hired to deliver a knee scooter for me to use for a weekend when I traveled to Memphis Tennesse for a business conference due to a broken foot. I arranged for them to drop off the scooter at the hotel by 12:00 (who was made aware that the scooter was going to be dropped off). We got there at 1:00 and the scooter wasn't there. I called the company and got lost in their automated system. After 3 calls I finally figured out how to talk to someone. The guy was very hard to understand with a thick Indian accent and was very nonchalant about the issue. He called their local vender who was supposed to drop off the scooter, who said he would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I called back because he still wasn't there. Same thing. Was told that he would be there in 30 minutes. He finally showed up after 4PM. OVER 4 HOURS LATE. They tried to appease me with a $20 refund which I declined. The scooter itself was worn with 2 pieces of duct tape on the knee pad. Very disappointing. Should have been an easy delivery but obviously their execution sucks.

Never again will I use this company
Never again will I use this company. The delivery guy was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The scooter came with a full charged but not fully. I rode the scooter 1.2 miles down the street from my hotel and the battery went to yellow. INSTEAD OF MOVING ON ABOUT MY DAY, I took it back to the hotel from the 1.2 miles i had already rode it
to. It started beeping (RED) I was left stranded when the battery died.
Mind you, the delivery guy TEXTED me and said he’s dropping it off wayyy before I arrive at the hotel. He was very rude in his response. Regardless, I called him. Didn’t answer, I texted him, he left me on read. I started to leave the scooter wherever it died which was in the middle of the highway on the crosswalk.
Still to this day, he haven’t responded! Shitty ass company and outdated ass scooters!
