The 225+ training videos do not exist. It's a lie.
I just purchased Clixlo a few weeks ago. I can't get anyone to give me a straight answer on where the 225+ tutorial videos are located. I'm told to go to the Help page which is all tutorial ARTICLES or go to the Demo page which only has 17 demo videos. The guy is going so fast on those videos you can't learn anything. Those are not training videos. They are demo videos. I can't get a live person to talk to. It's all AI that is just giving me the runaround.
I've also posted the request in the Community Page but no one answers me there either. These 225+ training videos they advertise are a lie. There's no way to really find them. It's a lie!!

I like the price for the product
I like the price for the product. The User interface does not let you scroll through all elements and is blocked by the bottom of your desktop monitor. The support is mainly ai but the I do not know if they are constantly updating it or not. For that reason it offers a lot of perks but the UI needs work to even use the elements in Clixlo

For a CRM company, you guys don't know how to keep tabs of conversations with your own customer. Irony. This issue is so very simple and I have a screenshot of a Clixlo Team member who finaly found the refferal I've made and promised me my payout and I'm still waiting...
I'm forced to modify my rating down to one star. I'm willing to re-adjust the rating if you owe my what is due.

What I Liked (Initially):
This company offers a seemingly complete solution that brings everything under the same umbrela. With a lifetime membership, it once looked like a smart investment.
The Dealbreaker:
I strongly caution against trusting this company. Despite multiple attempts over a year to get my earned referral fees, they've completely ignored me. This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for their customers and makes them untrustworthy. Making matters worse, they've significantly reduced the lifetime membership price ($97), making my $370 investment (back in early 2023) feel like a bad deal.
Bottom Line:
The product might have potential, but the company's shady business practices are unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that values its customers and honors its commitments, look elsewhere.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them anymore.

I am so thankful for the ease of Clixlo platform to host all my backend business support. It has been incredible to have a one stop shop!! I am a new customer to this company. When I intitially ordered the lifetime license I did not order some add ons that I needed. So I reached out to customer service on a Sunday night what I was wanting to order and about what the price was at that time for it. I had a real person respond to me the next morning who was very pleasant and helped me tremendously. I purchased a lifetime subscription for $99. I have been using this CRM for nearly 3 years. I can no longer gain access to my dashboard. My email is no longer working as is my telephone number as now travelling as a digital nomad in Asia. I have left 8 emails and messages with 2 replies, one being that I had sent an email to the wrong department and the other saying they changed my password .... I still need to verify the account regardless of the password change and still have no access. Come on Clixlo, you were great until you took the $97 for CRM, your customer service has went awol since then. I even sent a few people your way who signed up. I see that Clixlo staff monitors this site, so please respond to me.

I purchased two accounts and it seemed to cause some confusion. It was further complicated by me giving the wrong email to support a few times. Once I got to the right person to help me, it was a pleasure to see how quickly I could get my issues resolved. Thank you Mike for helping me get both my accounts on track!
Waited 2 months for support, and now want more $
I've been waiting months for them to upload my snapshot from my other HighLevel account. When I first bought this, they said I couldn't do it myself, only they could. Once I sent them the link, they ignored me. It's been 2 months since I asked for this. Now, they are saying they want $97 to upload my snapshot which takes them 2 minutes to do. I asked why the expense and was told that if they were charging $97/mo like HighLevel, they would include adding a snapshot for free. Why couldn't they have told me they charge for snapshots right after I bought it and asked them about the feature? I would have cancelled and gotten my refund then. How annoying. So they get the 1 star for poor customer service, poor communication and being greedy. If you offer something, give the customer all of the details. Don't make up stuff later after making them wait 2 months.

You have everything included and if you are a little tech savvy this will save you a lot! Yes, you don't have a the greatest support but I have always got responses to my issues. The only down side is that you don't have a lot of YouTube videos to help when things go south but I remain overall super happy with their tool.

Phenomenal price on CRM
This company has a phenomenal price on a really great CRM that is well known. Like anything this well priced it is a little skimpy on support. But what else would U expect at this price point. We think it's a steal for the price. There are tutorials on how to setup and plenty of experts on upstart or fiverr who can build out and customize the CRM. Again if support or help is what your looking for buy something else but if U just need a fantastically robust CRM that is customizable in every sense if the word (white label GHL sub acct) THIS is the best deal I have seen out there.

Can not log in. Repeatedly asks for a code. Enter code, asks again for a new code, repeat process again, and again, and again. Fails each time. No support. No response to my emails and messages. They basically take your $$ and you cannot access the system and you cannot get any resolution or response. What an absolute joke!
