Because they have this "paid one-time…

Because they have this "paid one-time for life" deal the support they give would be accordingly...Oh wait, accordingly means you should have support....so no, they are not going to help you at all with anything and will blame you for purchasing a product with a deal that they offered you. Here is the answer I got: "You paid one-time for life. Saving $3500 a year compared to our competitors. That $3500 per year is what our competitors use to provide the kind of tech support your referencing etc." And all I wanted to know is why I can't change a contact picture and a HTML code not working in a form.

If you are not sure bout signing up for their services, do a quick research and check the

buildingabusiness101 website and their investigations about Clixlo. You will see how everywhere else shows and say it's doubtful

Maybe they can explain a bit better about it

I signed up for Clixlo and made several attempts to contact customer service for help. They force you to use chat and you instantly get "I’m sorry, but none of the information I could find seems related to your question. You can rephrase your question or talk to our team." Then you are given the option to Talk to a Live Person. When you click this you are met with: We would love to help you! We typically reply within a day 😉.

**Human Support:
- 9-5P M-F Human Support
- Tickets typically answered within a day.
- Up to 24-48 hrs in some cases.

** IMPORTANT: Discounted lifetime pay one-time accounts...have limit to the # of support tickets per month due to the average cost per tech support ticket in the software industry is $15.72 per ticket and $5.92 per min as support staff is paid per hour, not one-time for life.

When they do finally respond it is several days later and pointing to an article. Software is EXTREMELY difficult to navigate. I spent about 8 hours trying to sort out before hiring someone on Upwork. I learned that Clixlo is the white label of Pipeline Pro, which is why they don't know how to support it. I also learned they did not have my account configured properly so I could not have the person I hired on Upworks complete configuring anything in my account. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I should of known better as the company address was nearly impossible to find as they don't list it on any of their receipts. I requested a refund and am filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Hi,
I paid £497 for the lifetime scale plan but can no longer access the system. I enter my email and password and then it sends a loginOTP which i enter in the boxes provided but nothing happens. I hope my investment is safe as for me that is alot of money.

Everything you need for an online biz

Clixlo is a whitelabel product of GoHighLevel which means it has fantastic functionality for funnels, CRM, email marketing, sales marketing etc especially for the online entrepreneur. Covers everything for a very low price ticket. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is because it no longer has a live person monitoring their chat feature for support (which is understandable for the lifetime offer price).

Now they won't respond when I ask for my payment

Was great in the beginning. Changed this to one star because I've been trying for months to get my affiliate commission paid to me with no help. A few replies but I referred a handful of people and my first affiliate payment should have come in December 2023 but still nothing and no replies to my support requests. Told all my friends to not use it.

Support is AWESOME

With my current product package I don't get instant support, so if you are looking for a review on how fast you get support I can't give a review for that. It doesn't pertain. Knowing, that support isn't always going to be instant, when the system is working, the support has been great. They will get back to you, and if you don't understand the answer to your question they are happy to continue to work with you to get an answer that makes sense.

Lots of things promised even a 1 time…

Lots of things promised even a 1 time payment of $97 then I paid for another one time payment for $97 for funnels. Lol funnels are ghl basic funnels they want you to pay a fee Like they made them. Also brought up in email just wanted a refund on just the websites $97 payment and their customer service emailed back we'll just cancel your whole account then ok! Super c#nty. They either need a new manager or scrap this whole thing! Who does that!
