What a great experience
What a great experience. Other than being left with the rubbish left over from the install which took me a bit by surprise (and not down to a problem with the installer), this has been perfect.
Quick quote, quick to send out a surveyor, installed two days later due to a cancellation and for a really good price when compared to other quotes. Going to the recycling centre to dispose of some MDF seems like a very small price to pay in addition to an excellent service.
For Clever Closet - Lewis Pinkney was our installer and he was fantastic, I was genuinely surprised how quickly and professionally he got the install done.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the remaining installation materials. While we are pleased this did not detract from your overall experience, we understand that this may have come as a surprise and appreciate you raising it with us.
Thank you for choosing Clever Closet and for taking the time to share your experience.

Great quality cupboards
We're really pleased with our built-in cupboards. They seem to be very good quality and really practical use of the space available. Price was very affordable compared to getting bespoke joinery, and installation was very efficient. Our fitter, Murray, was a friendly guy and he did an excellent job - 5 stars for him.
I only marked it down because I found the booking in process a bit of a pain. I got multiple phone calls during the working day, to fix and then change my survey and fitting dates. I would have preferred to have done it by email or a digital booking system. I also didn't feel that I got complete information from Clever Closets, e.g. extra costs for shoe rack inserts, or our final measurements and diagram of the cupboard configuration, after our site survey.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you are so pleased with the quality and practicality of your new cupboards and that you found the installation efficient.
It is fantastic to hear that Murray did such an excellent job and that his friendly approach made a positive impression. We will be sure to pass your lovely feedback on to him.
We are also grateful for your honest comments about the booking and survey process. We appreciate that repeated calls to arrange or amend appointments can be inconvenient, particularly during working hours. Your comments regarding clearer information on additional options and providing the final survey measurements and layout are also very helpful, and we will take these points back to the relevant teams.
We are continually looking at ways to make the process simpler and provide customers with clearer information from the outset, so feedback such as yours is genuinely valuable.
Thank you again for choosing Clever Closet and we hope you enjoy your new cupboards for many years to come!

Clever Closet was recommended to me by my son.
I had my understairs boxed in by Ian Williams who come highly recommend and did not disappoint. What a talented carpenter he is, his work was very clean and he tided everything up when he finished. I have somewhere to store all my bits and they are always at hand. Love the push door and drawers. Out of site out of mind, just so tidy Wish I'd done it sooner. Love Love Love it. Thank you Clever Closet.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish.
Started with a phone call, sent a few measurements and paid a £50 deposit for a surveyor to come round and measure properly and discuss options.
We finalized what we wanted, then a week later the fitter was round installing.
Excellent communication throughout. And the fitter (Josh Jones) was absolutely fantastic on the day.
Very professional and immaculate in cleanliness, keeping his work area clean and clear at all times.
The finished product looks fantastic and is so practical.
Good product and very affordable

Fantastic Fitter & Amazing Result
When I saw Clever Closet's advert I knew that was what I wanted and ordering was simple. Communication was wonderful, I was kept informed by lovely staff right up until fitting day. We had fitter Ian Williams to transform our space and he worked in an incredible temperature on that day, but he was polite, curteous, friendly and tidied up as he went along in such a small space. We were thrilled with the final result and it was just as we had expected. I would recommend Clever Closets as they have not failed to impress. Account number 106922.

Exactly what we wanted, brilliantly fitted
We looked at several suppliers for this product and found the Clever Closet option best because it came ready to paint. That meant we could match it exactly to our existing decor, which is what we wanted. Other suppliers made you pick from a fixed list of colours, which wasn't for us.
The process was quick from start to finish. The survey was booked in fast, a provisional installation date was set at the same time, and once the survey was done, we went ahead. The materials arrived three or four days before the fitting date, so no last-minute worries.
On the day, our installer, Ed Williams, did an amazing job. He had a couple of questions about how it should be fitted and the different trim options, and it was great to be asked rather than him making a decision for us, which was very refreshing. Honestly, the finished result is better than we expected.
All that's left is for us to paint it, and once that's done, it will match the rest of our woodwork perfectly. No hesitation in recommending Clever Closet, and special thanks to Ed Williams for being such a good guy.
