Great company
Great company. Its hard to no which companies to trust at the minute but this company has gone above and beyond for me. Won my case when I didn't think it would. Iv been speaking back and forth with Andrew and someone called Surriya and both have always kept me upto date and responds extremely quick. Always guided me and gave me advice on what's the best for me. Would recommend using this company for sure. And I will in the future if I ever need to ! Thankyou

They disappeared when I was due to be paid the compensation
Everything went well at the beginning, this company helped to get the repairs done, and I was very happy with the progress and how fast everything went. Until I was owned a compensation which rightfully belongs to me. The company started ignoring ALL my attempts to get any information or updates, they never responded to ANY of my emails for more than 6-7 months now. I'm a single parent with a child with a disability, the repair needed to be done in my son's bedroom and the people I spoke with knew my situation and always made sure that everything was going to be fine. Then they disappeared when I was due to be paid the compensation.

I advise the current position of your claim is your landlord has not made any offers of compensation or paid any compensation to us.
I am sorry to hear your landlord has not finalised the repairs and that your property is still in disrepair.
Under the circumstances we have now arranged for our In-House Surveyor to personally attend your property on 30.01.24 to undertake a full inspection of the property which will enable us to assess what your landlord has failed to do.
Once this inspection has taken place, we will then be able to advise you on the next steps which may involve issuing proceedings against your landlord to compel them to do the works.
In addition, we will be seeking compensation for you.
We would be so grateful if you would consider updating or removing this 1 star review having had an update of the current circumstances
