The customer service is amazing
The customer service is amazing. I had a few delivery issues with the courier and when Cleanako proactively followed up with me because they could tell I hadn't received the product yet, I told them what was happening and they reached out to the courier to find out what happened and then arranged to have a new product shipped to me.
Lily was super helpful and responsive to all my questions. She really made me feel like she cared about making sure I had a great experience and went out of her way to make sure the product got delivered to me and that I was kept updated on the status.
Best customer service I've received in a long time, and the toilet brush is very cute and as advertised.

Ordered the toilet brush
Ordered the toilet brush, wanted something small and neat to go in new bathroom. The old brush was on a bulky holder and the bristle brush, although effective didn’t seem particularly hygiene. The cleaco silicone brush is just as good at cleaning but doesn’t drip at all or catch toilet paper either so much cleaner

Great Product
Great Product! It really does its job. Flexible, cleans well everywhere. I put bleach directly on it, super clean! No more horrible useless round brushes. Not able to clean in the hiding bits under the rim of the toilet like this one. I really recommend it.

Great customer service but dissatisfied with product.
The customer service was great but I ended up being dissatisfied with the product. It is not abrasive enough to remove everyday stains in the toilet. It requires a maximum amount of effort to get a clean looking bowl.

Silicone Toilet Brush
I bought a silicone Toilet Brush. It arrived to NZ in a timely way and was well packaged. Product not quite as good as I expected and not as good as a conventional toilet brush but it is as it is shown. So I now use the normal brush for specific toilet cleans and I use the silicone one for a general clean with product that I do each day on a clean toilet so it still has a sparkly purpose.
