Worst experience ever
They said my bag was shipped, and then 16 days later they said it was a pre-order. Then when I asked where the bag was, they suddenly said it was unavailable. I have not received my money back and have not received the bag.
Extremely unsatisfied.
Edit: Now 14 days later again, they refuse to give me my money back. The bag is not shipped, and will not be shipped, and I have not received my money.

The bag I order was super delayed and after three weeks it still hadn’t been shipped from China which seems to be were the order the bags directly from.
When pointing this out to their customer service and wanting to cancel my order the were very unwilling to help and telling me that they “don’t have time”. Everything about it felt very unserious tbh.
This brand feels more like a scam to be honest. I don’t recommend them.

Es una estafa
Compré un bolso el 28 de septiembre, estando a 19 de octubre no he recibido nada. Vi en la información de seguimiento del pedido que aún no lo habían preparado ni enviado a fecha actual y me puse en contacto con la empresa para cancelarlo. No me dejan cancelarlo, me dicen que no van a hacerme el reembolso, que espere hasta que llegue y que me dan un cupón para otra compra. Creo que son bolsos de china que venden a través de instagram inflando su precio, es una estafa. No lo recomiendo para nada :(
