Will not accept returns/liars

Took several weeks to arrive. Poor quality, almost identical to those available on Amazon for half the price. Tried to return but despite numerous messages to and fro was unable to. They claim I purchased during a promotion and therefore was ineligible for returns. This is despite the item still being on sale on the website (for£1less) and them unable to provide any evidence of it being on sale. They are absolute scammers who couldn’t answer questions coherently or back up any of their claims.

The order came a month later after writing multiple emails

The order came a month later. After 15 days, since placing the order, I informed customer service that there was no update on the order. They reassured me to wait a bit and so I waited. After about a month I saw that there were still no updates, I informed customer service, thats when the order got shipped to destination country. Then a week later, I got irritated writing my third email asking for refund and thats when it was delivered 3 days later. The product itself isnt of great quality. It was definitely a poor experience purchasing this bag from classique carriers. I will not be purchasing from here in the future. I do hope that they take this review as constructive as improve their services.
