I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from Classic Roof Blinds.
I contacted them looking for a replacement head for my telescopic opening pole, not expecting it to be available as a separate spare part. Philip responded promptly, confirmed they could supply it, and Esther was equally helpful in arranging the order and keeping me informed about the postage and payment.
It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to supply a small replacement part rather than expecting customers to buy a completely new product. Their communication was friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish.

Extendable pole

Great service, Great website, great selection of options. I had been looking for blinds for so long, and every website I visited made finding the exact blind type by code a nightmare. Classic Roof Blinds made this so incredibly easy to navigate and select. Amazing value for blinds as well, it’s not often you’re pleasantly surprised about the price of something. The delivery was super prompt also. Excellent service 10/10 recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.

Very good communication
Very good communication, quick delivery and amazingly priced very cheap, I bought a few skylight window blinds they fit perfectly and very easy to fit, one of the blinds wasn't closing properly, I emailed these guys and without any questions they sent a new blind out next day, I would highly recommend these you won't be disappointed

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your excellent customer service, I had an issue with parts of my order, but classic roof blinds were very helpful and as promised the replacement parts for my binds arrived next day and were so easy to fit. I needed to replace an old blind in my…
I needed to replace an old blind in my Son’s room and quickly as the lighter mornings heading into summer aren’t ideal when you have a kid who decides the sun’s up and therefor so is he. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very helpful, she located my order and offered to send it out ASAP
The blind is of good quality and it was easy to install. I’m glad to say we’re all sleeping much better now.

Updated review
This is an update of a review made at the end of April in which I reported problems that I had encountered with a'Velux' opening pole that I bought from 'Classic Roof Blinds'. The company responded immediately and as helpfully as possible. A replacement has been received and advice to avoid similar difficulties given.
The reason why has it taken three weeks for me to update my comments is that the courier service by 'Fedex' was utterly appalling - repeatedly trying to deliver to the wrong premises (not even the correct postcode)! This frustrated 'CRB' as much as me, who sent a third pole via 'DPD' (who gave excellent service). Meanwhile, the second pole is, allegedly, on its way back. Good luck with that!
My thanks go to 'CRB' for the response, the prompt and helpful dialogue throughout and for the attention to customer service.

Great roof blinds
From ordering samples to getting the right size blinds was all made simple. Delivery was quick and items as described. Putting them up was also easy once you watched site video and read instructions. I would highly recommend this company
