No hanging on the phone for hours
They answered the phone in a couple of minutes.
The hole call was completed in 5 minutes and they were helpful and sounded happy to help.

Second time lucky... I suppose
Good customer service after my second attempt at renewing my policy. When my initial policy was about to expire, the customer service representative stated that I had to pay the full amount immediately. After letting this expire and renewing yesterday, the rep let me pay in two installments - but charged me £25 to do so.

Easy to deal with and a great price
Easy to deal with and a great price. I came back to classic as last year I broke down and they got me back from John o Groats to Swansea when the AA wouldn’t. Great service great price and easy to deal with.

Excellent service.
The 'phone was answered by a real (and delightful) person, rather than an AI machine.
The lady I spoke to (Rhyannon?) was knowledgable, efficient, patient and courteous.
The price quoted for my two vintage cars was very competitive.
I haven't been bombarded with unnecessary emails.
The documentation was very clear.

Great Service, Good Prices, Genuine People
The lady I spoke to was a genuinely nice, understanding human being with a personality, who spoke to me normally. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in their system, which she warned me of and when it failed in the middle of renewal, she said she'd ring me back. As promised, she did and then everything was completed. If only all car insurance companies were so pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
