Excellent service at Wolverhampton
Visited the Wolverhampton store and was served by Josh. I asked to get my feet measured as I was struggling to get comfortable shoes and Josh was so friendly and polite. He made the trip into Clark’s during a busy period with school fittings a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely visit the store again. Thanks Josh!

Friendly experience for my son to get…
Friendly experience for my son to get shoes for school. We came early for our appointment but was seen to sooner. We were served by Joshua BP who was friendly and patient with my son to help decide. Fortunately he didn’t overwhelm us with too much choice it made the process smooth and quick.

I visited the Wolverhampton store to shop school shoes for my kids, Debbie attended to us, she was very patient with us, knowing how kids can be a handful. I definitely recommend.

School shoes fitting
We were seen by Cassius who was friendly, attentive and patient as I had 2 daughters being fitted for school shoes.
When measuring he advised on sizes, due to the close proximity of the girls to the next size up and he gave suggestions on how to improve the fit.
Overall positive experience.

Cassius in the Wolverhampton store was extremely helpful in sizing our boy correctly for his school shoes.
Good quality products from Clarks as always, and personal service whilst choosing products to ensure the correct fit.
Upsell at the tills, but for relevant and useful shoe care products

My experience in Wolverhampton Clarks
Today, We were helped by Emily and she was really lovely and sweet. She had helped my daughter find lovely shoes and we weren’t able to find the ones she had liked but at the end of day kindness matters!

Emily has been amazing with helping me with 3,children under 7 sizing up feet shoe sizes and helping keep 3 small children interested to purchase school shoes! Her patience, attitude and support to find the perfect shoes has been really appreciated and exemplary! Thank you so much I very much recommend anyone to Emily she’s made my experience a very enjoyable one
