We had a wonderful experience finding the right school shoes with you today. We usually dread shoe shopping due to sensory feet issues. Thank you for being kind, patient, attentive and fun.

Quick and easy measure highly recommended

Couldn’t find the shoe that I was looking for, but Elise was so so lovely and helpful, and super patient bringing out other shoe suggestions for me and my sister. I rarely write reviews, but I Left the shop super happy with the thought and care we were treated with. Top notch service, and will be returning.

spoke to glen at telford store. best service and foot knowledge was exceptional. measured feet plus told me a number of issues with feet. all were correct he then chose a shoe and fully explained reason of cboice. he was exceptional and shoes are perfect

I’m not one for being able to find shoes that actually fit my feet but Louix went above and beyond for me today, ever so helpful trying different shoes and finally finding a perfect pair for work! Will definitely be back for more shoes!

10/10 service from Callum over the weekend! Took my nearly 2 year old son for a measurement and was helped by an amazing associate called Callum. My son is not great with having his feet measured but Callum was so accommodating and happy to help! He helped find us a great sale pair, we left with one happy boy with his new Dino shoes! Looking forward to returning!

The Staff I met today, specifically Glen, were brilliant. Glen was friendly, funny and helped me find out what shoes are best for me and I walked out of the store with them right there and then.

No staff! Only one poor young girl trying to measure children take payment. And I had some shoes to return from online order and phone was going. She went and called her manager but she never appeared. To the young girls credit she was calm and worked through it. So she gets 5* even though the store as a whole didn’t.

Louis at Clark’s Telford was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble, treated my son with Down’s syndrome like any body else, measured his feet and my son was very pleased with the results. Thank you

Thank you to Nathan who served me today. Very attentive, fetching numerous sizes & styles. I went in on speck to find comfortable shoes for a bid event in London. Not really prepared for shoe fitting session but Nathan was very helpful.
Later I tried to order a different style online being given a delivery date BEFORE the event. Having placed the order, the delivery date was AFTER the event. Telephoned Customer service straight away to expedite or cancel the order made less than 2 mins before. No. They could not cancel the order but please say something nice on Trustpilot !!!
