Excellent service
Received excellent service from Sue at St Albans branch of Clarks Provided useful information when styles and sizes. As a result I bought two pairs of shoes.

Really happy
So please do find some reasonably priced smart stylish sandals today and a good selection to choose from in St Albans. I found just what I was looking for and I’m pleased with the quality. Great customer service from staff , Richard was extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you

Worst customer service ever!
RE: order 12534466 .
On 15th of April I visited the store in St Albans , St Peter’s street and I had the most shocking experience.
I visited the same store the week before with my son for a pair of school shoes that we urgently needed.
As they were not available at the store so we placed an order and paid the full amount.
To my disappointment , I received a short cancellation email 5 days later. I went back to the store to buy another pair and complain for charging me for a pair of shoes that were not in stock.
When I asked the store manager how long I have to wait for the refund he replied I won’t and he went on explaining in a very patronizing manner that I will not get a refund because I was never charged. I showed him my statement on my phone with the transaction but he said to go to my bank to confirm that the transaction was only pending.
My bank Halifax, is only across the road so I went over and they confirmed that the money were taken out of my account on the 11th of April.
So I went back to the store explaining to the same person what the bank said. To my surprise he said they were wrong and turned angry. He was very rude and said that I am only there to pick an argument with him. He then showed me the door and in front of the other shocked customers asked me to get out !!!!!
I wrote a long letter of complaint to Clarks few days ago and so far they haven’t even acknowledged it .
