I signed up for the email newsletter to receive the advertised £10 discount. After waiting several weeks, the discount code finally arrived. I found a pair of sandals, added them to my basket, applied the code and proceeded to checkout, only to be told they were out of stock.

To make matters worse, despite receiving daily emails promoting “up to 50% off sandals”, there was barely any choice available. In fact, I could only find one sale item, and it wasn’t remotely appealing.

Overall, the whole experience was frustrating, poorly managed and felt like a complete shambles

Chloe in Chelmsford was very helpful. She investigated all the options that did result in me being able to buy a pair of shoes that both match my foot width and my high instep.
Chloe made it easy for me to find shoes that were an excellent fit,

We had a great experience today in store ( Chesire Oaks) with one of the lovely workers named Sarah, she was 19 years old, she was helping make sure the shoes my daughter picked out fitted properly, She went above and beyond for us, took her time and explained everything she was doing and why to make sure the shoes where the perfect fit. The shoes we picked didnt fit well and Sarah went out and picked some for us. Sarah is a credit to your store, great customer service, happy and helpful. We wish you well if this has been a summer job, good luck with your studies. Hannah & Eleanor. X

Thanks to all the team at the Above Bar store, Southampton - my daughter left her bag with her birthday money in it and it was kept safely for the two days it took us to realise it was missing. Hugely appreciated and smiles all round.

Ben C of the Poole Store made shopping for school shoes the best experience yet. He was polite, professional and didn’t try to oversell me anything. He wasn’t happy with the fit of the shoes, even though my daughter was, added insoles and made sure they were totally correct before he was happy that we had them. Great salesman and the shoes were cheaper than expected. Will be back for school shoes again. Thanks Ben.

I took my daughter to get her feet meassured. She has cerebal palsy and now has AFO splints to wear. Caitlin E was very patient and ever so helpful helping me find a pair of first walkers for my daughter. :) one very happy customer. I highly reccomend and clarks abergavenny will be my go to place fir my daughters messurements and fit :)

I bought a pair of burgundy red suede shoes and rain & stain protector from the store in Belfast City Centre. The manager Angela was very helpful and very friendly. The shoes I ordered online and I picked them at this store. The were on sale. I'm very pleased with them and they feel really comfortable. I highly recommend this store and their products.

We visited the Aylesbury store last week and the staff were super helpful!

With 3 children wanting to be measured and fit for school shoes it’s always a mammoth task.

I booked an appointment online so there was no waiting around for us, we just turned up at our booked time and they were ready for us. (Highly recommend booking an appointment)

Christina was very helpful and patient with my child while they kept trying on different styles and changing their minds. She also was very kind and patient with my Autistic daughter who can struggle when it comes to communication with strangers.

Appalling customer service. Charged me incorrectly and were completely unhelpful afterwards. It was a query of less than €6 and I’d say they spent 10 times that on the wages of the person in the time it took to answer me. And they phoned me from America to Ireland rather than just refund me the €5.85 they owed me. Offering me a e-gift card for the amount for which I would then have to spend more money to use it.
Won’t be using this website again.

We visited the Clarks Bedford store today to look for school shoes for my daughter. We were served by Huwaida, she was very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time to help us with the right size school shoes. We would recommend Clarks Bedford to other parents for shoes.

In my last Clarks Trustpilot review I wrote that a pair of men's tan boots, bought as a gift, had developed a fault in that the soles had started to depart company from the top edge of the uppers after occasional wear over a two year period, which is only going to get worse over time.
I raised the issue with Clarks customer care team (Ref:168302) who contacted me via email afterwards.
Clarks wished to know the following details:
1/The store I purchased from
2/The date and approximate time of your visit
3/The purchase amount
4/The first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit-debit card
These boots were purchased as a gift just over two years ago, so it would be an impossible task to begin to get this information in order to progress my complaint and Clarks in all likelihood know this, so the complaint goes nowhere, expect into the 'closed' draw of the filing cabinet. In short: very disappointing.

I went to the Whitehaven shop for work shoes today. The shop assistant Debbie was fantastic! The whole experience was really pleasant and she helped me try on lots of different shoes to get the ones that fit just right. 10/10 would recommend!

Jaden ,a shop assistant, was very friendly, got the right shoes we wanted, made sure the shoes were comfortable and stayed with us until we were happy we looked at all the shoes we wanted to. He made our experience great!
