Clarks - Lincoln Omdömen 125

I went into clarks in lincoln today and I was served by the most amazing understanding kindest lady!
My 2 year old little girl isn't overly keen on having her feet touched and when previously measured at a different store I gave toni heads up that my little girl may not be the easiest to measure! Well how wrong was I, my little girl instantly took to toni and aloud her to measure her feet and even let her put the shoes on all while blowing raspberries at toni ;-x! She is a credit to the store and we will definitely be back in the near future. A huge HUGE thank you...your kindness and understanding ment the world to us today.

Today we visited the Lincoln store and was served my Madie. I approached her for some help on measuring my little girl feet and she was more than happy to help. After visiting an outlet of Clark’s and receiving a poor experience which made my little girl cry and a very bad experience for myself as these were her first pair of shoes, I am very skeptical about visiting and buying from your stores. But after today it has changed my opinion and I will probably be back. Madie was more than happy to help, like I’ve said. There was no pushing to buying any products but after a great experience we walked away with a pair of wellingtons but what had made me to write this review is that a Madie was amazing with my little girl, great interaction, got her involved and made the whole process less stressful. So a massive shout out to her. Working in retail is hard and I’d really appreciate if she was told about my experience today, as we all know a little thank you goes a long way.

Kylah served us today and she was very impressive. She was very friendly and efficient and great with my son. So much better than last time I went into Clarks. When we came into store she was very attentive and listened to the requirement I had for my son’s shoes. She then was great with my son, making him feel comfortable. One pair of shoes brought out from the back room that were spot on. One happy boy and a perfect pair of shoes all within 10 minutes. An absolute asset for the futur. So refreshing to get good customer service by people who seem to enjoy their job.

Kyla our Advisor was very good at listening to what l had come in for and was extremely polite and helpful with my son as we came in for some everyday shoes to accommodate my son’s hospital insoles. We were very pleased with the footwear chosen and with the whole experience. Kyla is an asset to the company 👏🏻

Visited the Clarks store at Lincoln today to get my little boys feet measured and buy some shoes ready for the wetter weather, was served by Alice who was super friendly and very helpful.

Got my daughters feet measured and new shoes, was helped by maddie, she was lovely, very friendly! My daughter loves her new shoes and was running all over the shop! Xx

Ellie at your Lincoln shop was confident, helpful and professional when assisting us. We were impressed. There are no negatives.

Easy to order into store quickly. Able to try on in store before leaving. Really comfortable true to size boots

Visited the Lincoln branch with my grandson. Lisa fitted his shoes. She was very professional, friendly and patient. Thank you. 10/10.

We had a long wait to get our child's feet to be measured while staff were stood not helping customers. We then went to pay and because it's all technology and rely on WiFi we paid but could not receive a receipt. We were here for 1.5 hours in total. It was a shambles.

Such a great experience while buying pre walking shoes. Thanks to Lisa.

Toni at the Lincoln store served us today and was absolutely perfect with my shy two year old. Most successful fitting to date, so, thank you!

Mae at the Lincoln store was amazing. My children are autistic and have sensory issues over shoes. We went on a busy, nearing-the-end of the holidays day. The children’s section was packed. I spotted Mae and waited for her to be available as she has been great with my daughter in the past. She immediately led us away from the crowded children’s section and sat them on a seat in the men’s section by the window, where it was quiet. The understanding that she showed in this simple action, without me asking, reduced me to tears. I didn’t have to fight for my children, because she already could. She showed huge patience in finding all three shoes that they were comfortable with, despite having to go to and from the children’s section at the other end of the shop, so that they could sit quietly away from the hustle and bustle.

Quickly seen too considering its back to school week. Rebecca was great and helpful with my 1 year old new shoes.

We revived a high standard of service from Lucy today at your Lincoln store. Kind, patient and supportive of my children and their shows request. Outstanding service. Thank you

Mollie was extremely patient! Two children to buy school shoes for, 11yr old lad saw a pair tried them on bought them. 15yr old daughter, well what can I say friend in all the kids school shoes, all the adults shoes that would pass at school and hated them all. Eventually she found a pair of “boys” shoes that she liked but for a good hour poor Millie was up and down the stairs trying to help and she was fab throughout the whole time! So thank you

Amazing customer service the young lady who served me was amazing and lovely with the children if I remember so her name was eloise. It was very busy when I came in but she managed to serve me and my family and sort us out okay

Wonderful service today, we were served straight away. The way the children were treated by Lucy was fabulous - such care and knowledge. Brilliant from start to finish and three children very happy with their new school shoes.
