Clarks - Lincoln Omdömen 125

I received excellent service today in Lincoln Clark’s . My assistant was Chris( manager) and whilst in a very busy shop , he maintained a perfect relaxed and respectful service to myself and also colleagues. Thankyou , this encourages me to return to Clark’s Lincoln in future.

I was served by Ellie at their Lincoln store. She had lovely customer service skills and assisted me to pick correct fitting shoes.
She is a credit to Clarks.

Lisa is so helpful friendly and professional love going into the store when she is on because not only doea she take her time with the customer to make sure everything is satifactory shes such a delight.
I daw her working at another shop and was genuinly wprried she had left clarks luckerly she hasnt because she reaily is a gem and a credit to clarks store. She makes the shopping experiance. So very happy with the service she provides and life she brings to the store.

Came in the other day for a couple of bits, we were served by Eleanor and she was very friendly and informative.

Very quick service wasn’t waiting long. Lovely selection of shoes for first shoes very happy! The lady who served us Lucy G was lovely!

I was served by Lisa at the Lincoln High Street store today. I've not left a review before but had to let you know that she couldn't have been more helpful. A great credit to you. And I'm delighted with my gorgeous shoes too! Thank you Clarks.

What an absolutely amazing experience we had with Kylah at the Lincoln store today. Both Kylah and her colleague (I'm so sorry I didn't get the name) ensured my little boy walked out the shop happily today in a beautiful pair of comfy shoes. Due to difficulties with his feet, we weren't confident we'd find anything suitable, and after some initial disappointment they helped him find something better than he could have imagined. We've actually managed to get him out of his wellies! I am so grateful for the time and effort spent with him and the cheerful and positive manner throughout the entire process.

Poor service and incorrect show fitting service. Everytime we have been measured here the kids have to go back because their feet are hurting! Wont be using clarks again

Came to the Lincoln store for school shoes. Was severed by the lovely Lisa, she was attentive, smiley and friendly. Even at five o'clock in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Assistant Lisa quickly brought the boots I wanted to try, made helpful suggestions about sizing, served two people simultaneously and was a very positive person. She did her job enthusiastically and efficiently

Went into Lincoln Clarks where we were greeted by all the staff. Toni then asked how she could help. She engaged beautifully with my autistic son and easily put him at ease. He had just come from the hospital and had wedges put between his toes which he was struggling with because of the sensory issue. Toni was patient, helpful and kind.

Took our little one for their first show fitting today. Lisa was amazing and gave such brilliant service and made the experience extra special, and took her time to explain everything.

The box was damaged and in no delivery bag

I was served by Emma roughly a week ago, my child was kicking off and Emma stayed very calm and looked after us really well. Would recommend.

Louise at Lincoln branch was so very patient with me trying all ways to.make the shoes I really wanted to try and fit comfortable
She even fastened my zips up several times adjusted the laces tried insoles
With allways a smile and and laughing
I in the end bought two pairs and protector spray
In the sake as well so this helped

Bought a pair of boots four weeks ago, have been trying to bed them in but they have been cutting into the front of my foot near the ankle bone. Went back to the store today 16 November to discuss the issue, spoke to an assistant who then called over the manager, I explained the problem I was having and was dismissed by the manager who said as the boots appear to have been worn outside there was nothing they could do. I explained that due to the pain and discomfort I was unable to wear the boots, so could they be classed as faulty, she explained that the boots were not faulty, I explained the discomfort and could there have been a design fault, the response I got was the shoes were not made for my feet, needless to say I am extremely disappointed and as I could not wear the boots left them in store with no attempt to rectify the situation by the manager. Sadly will not be returning to Clarke anytime soon, customer service is abysmal.

Served by Alice. She was very knowledgeable about the Clark’s product. She was also very friendly and worked very hard to get me the shoe I wanted. Thank you 👍

We took my daughter into the Lincoln store today to get her first shoes and I’m so pleased with the service in there. Alice was super friendly and helpful and really helped me choosing her first shoes and knowing what to look out for as her feet grow. We will definitely be returning when we’re ready for her next ones! :) 5* service

I went to Clark’s in Lincoln because it’s a company I could trust to fit my grandson for his first pair of shoes.
I certainly wasn’t disappointed.
We were served by Toni who immediately put Archie at ease.
She was very thorough in the measuring of his feet and then the fitting of the shoes.
She has a lovely, friendly personality and is a real credit to the company.
