Excellent customer service in Bracknell
Sue in the Bracknell branch was so helpful & knowledgable. She fitted my little girls first pair of shoes & was so kind, calm & patient with her as she was quite unsure about the whole experience. We will definitely be back to see Sue for her next pair. Thank you so much!

I used to avoid Bracknell store as I've had a few bad fits in the past. However I went back this weekend & Josh was amazing. He really knew what he was doing with children fitting. Friendly and professional.

First Class Customer Service!
We visited Clarks in Bracknell today to get our 14 month old son his first pair of shoes.
On arrival, we received a welcoming greeting from the assistant Josh. Josh approached us and asked how he could help.
We explained we wanted to get our son his first shows and would need his feet measuring.
Josh swiftly acquired the tape and made the measurement.
Josh then picked a variety of shoes commensurate to our sons needs. He observed him walking in each and provided feedback.
From this advice we selected 2 pairs and received a good price for each.
Josh was incredibly attentive, engaging and passionate. He really cared about providing a first class customer service!
