Great friendly service buying kids shoes
Brought our boys to get their feet measured today in Clarks in Belfast, excellent experience! Steve who measured their feet was brilliant with them, very kind and patient, really appreciated how he took his time, engaged with them and asked their permission before measuring or checking their shoes for fit. Also the shoes we bought were lovely, great selection! Highly recommend

I visited the Clark’s store in Belfast on Saturday 2nd March to look at summer sandals and it was a very good experience. I was looked after by Angela who went out of her way to help me find the correct sandals. Angela was friendly and had a great personality all in all a very likeable person. I bought my sandals and am very happy with them.

Outstanding Customer Service
Visited the Belfast City Centre branch of Clarks and was assisted by Steve.
Steve’s customer service was outstanding, he was extremely engaging and was very supportive in helping us to find the right footwear, he also offered fantastic advice on caring for our footwear. A really positive experience in the Belfast branch, Steve went above and beyond in assisting us. Would definitely visit again based on todays experience.

From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured that I found the perfect pair of shoes.

Brilliant for babies first shoes
We went to get our daughter her first pair of pre walkers and from the moment you went into Clark’s Belfast the staff were lovely and welcoming. Steve was very informative and very and very thorough in getting the right size. He was amazing! Would highly recommend getting you little ones shoes from here.

My partner and I recently went into the Clarks in Belfast and we were greeted by Steve, who was friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our fitting and recommended products that complimented our initial purchase. We left the shop feeling good about our interaction and happy with our purchase.

ANGELA, served us today and was fantastic! My father in law wanted a pair of leather shoes to do a lot of walking. Angela helped in all aspects and was very patient and listened to exactly what he wanted. Top customer service but with an element of being very natural mot pushy in any way 😀

It was really refreshing to have amazing customer care ,just called into the new store Royal Avenue Belfast and was met by Angela and the team Jay &Sarah .
They went above and beyond to help me get a pair of work shoes .
