A wonderful experience in getting first shoes fitted for a twelve month old. While the shop was very busy with school shoe fitting, we were seen to very promptly, and the staff were pleasant and efficient the whole time. Ispraha, who fitted my daughter's shoes, was so kind and engaging with her. She was also incredibly thorough in ensuring she got the right fit, and knowledgeable about what shoes would be best for her stage. We left the Clarke's store delighted with our new shoes and the excellent service we received. Thank you!

Geraldine at Forestside Mall was lovely- made great recommendations based on the shoes I initially picked out, and I ended up liking those more.
Also wasnt pushy about the extras very graceful

Brilliant experience in Forestside Clarkes shoe store. Was tended to by Eve Ch and she was fabulous. We were getting school shoes for my 6 year old she made him feel comfortable and we left with perfect fitting shoes. She also made us aware of the 3 month fit guarantee. She was very good at her job and had excellent customer service skills.

Manager Geraldine was really nice in her dealings with me. I found out Clarkes shoes as a standard are wide so I was able to drop from a 9uk to an 8uk. Better still, in a sale and saved £40!

Tara was awesome... look it's not easy with an autistic child/teen.. situations can be unpredictable.. when I explained to Tara about my daughter shw wasn't phased at all.. she went with the flow and followed our lead all the while being professional and trying to do her job to the best of her abilities while in strange circumstances... everything was calm and efficient (Tara even got to measure my daughters feet aswell) after years of school shoe struggles we actually learnt my daughters feet are narrow not wide (crazy to learn).. my daughter has specific ideas of what shoes she wants turns out her feet too narrow which has been the cause of all our dramas... nevertheless we got a pair that fits well and a slightly different design.. win win... one very happy momma it was the most straightforward drama free experience we have had in years... thank you..
