Fab service from Geraldine in Forestside. Very attentive and helpful- successful purchases!

We got help with a shoe fitting for our two year old son and Tridha was such a great help. She was very patient and gave us lots of options and helped us pick the perfect pair of shoes for our son. It was a very good experience thanks to Tridha!!

Grace at the Forestside store was brilliant today and helped me get my son’s first pre walker shoes and measured his feet. She was really engaging with my son and I as well as informative. Grace is a real credit to the Clarke’s family.

Anne in Forestside Belfast is the most kind courteous and efficient sales assistant. I'm sad to learn she will be retiring soon. Glad that Geraldine the manager is made from the same mould.

Geraldine is one of those retails assistants that is rarer and rarer these days. She’s incredibly knowledgable and helpful and is so friendly that she makes the experience of shopping in clarkes a really lovely one.

Great experience with Ispraha in Forestside Belfast! She got my 2 year and 4 year both measured and fitted with new shoes in record time!

Staff member Eve C. greeted us warmly. She measured my son's foot and explained the sizing clearly. She searched for his preferred style when it was not initially visible. She was friendly and well spoken. She gave us space to decide but was nearby for questions. Overall a great experience. It helped that the store was quiet as it was a Monday evening.
