Great service from Ahlam at the Bedford store. I had been looking for a suitable pair of shoes for ages. Just couldn't find a suitable fit as my feet seem to have expanded widthwise as I've got older.
She managed to get me a suitable pair at half price. Thank you.

Ahlam at the Bedford Store was absolutely amazing at helping us chose our sons first pair of shoes! She was friendly and patient when he wasn’t too pleased about having his feet measured. We placed an online order with ease as well as purchasing in store. We will be back!

We visited the the Bedford store to get new school shoes for our kids. The new shop is lovely, bright and clean. Sienna helped us with measuring both kids and ensuring the new shoes were the perfect fit. She was very helpful, polite and good with the kids and made the trip super easy and quick. The kids are both pleased with their new shoes.

I visited the Bedford store to get my 5 year old daughter fitted with new school shoes. Sunit fitted her and he was amazing. So friendly. Spoke directly with her rather than me, brought her options and made her feel grown up with her choices of shoe designs. Took a long time to fit them and try them on her. Excellent service.
