Clarks - Bath Omdömen 200

Looked everywhere for a pair of shoes that looked good but would cater for my arthritic feet and lack of flexibility to tie shoelaces. Spotted a lovely pair of off-white leather Torhill Lo but was put-off by having to lace them and was about to shuffle off in disappointment when a very lovely member of staff named Amy rocked my world by mentioning elastic laces! Amy was outstanding in finding the correct size shoes and was full of great advice and charm. I'm one happy customer with my new shoes - amazing. Thank you, Amy!

So I wrote a second review about Clarks Valentino
boots a few days ago( which I bought in January 2023 . I received a reply from them copied below" Reply from Clarks

This is TYPICAL of their reply and not helpful. I contacted them back in may 2023 ! have the emails to prove it . I sent 2 letters ( one registered delivery) and each time when I go on Trust Pilot they are asking me to contact them again ! I have contacted Clarks . They are taking the Mickey! why don't Clarks get in touch with clarkscustomercareAT clarks.com. and asked to speak with Georgia( customer support ) She 's got the emails she's got the letters. She's got my proof of purchase ! I explained why I was late contacting Clarks at the time ( 2 successive deaths in my family( if you want to know all the details : my mother and my brother) was a reasonable explanation ?anyway I was told to return the boots to the shop where I bought them ! I don't think the shop manager could have done anything about what looks like a design fault in the boots. He would have probably told me to contact the manufacturer ie CLARKs.
No doubt as a result of my Trust Pilot review today 22 May 2024 Clarks will reply again and asked me to contact them . I have several times. This has been going on since January 2023 so not a chance in hell now

We went to the store in Bath to buy our son his first pair of shoes.

My husband paid for the shoes at the till.

On the way home we realised we had been charged £20 too much.

I called customer services who said that we would have to return to the store for a refund. This is ok but we live 3 hours away from Bath. Another branch wouldn’t suffice apparently.

Clarke’s would not issue a gift card or help in any way at all.

We have been promised a refund via bacs payment which 6 weeks later we have not received.

Quite a saddening experience.

We were served by Isla at the Bath store to find a pair of school shoes for my daughter. Isla was both patient and thoughtful in helping select the perfect pair for my fussy little one :)

I was served by a very friendly and competent shop assistant called Louise.

Lovely new summer boots, made all the lovelier by helpful and friendly team members at the Clark’s store in Bath. Special mention to Louise who had a pair like the one I bought and was ready to share her knowledge and experience! Fab!

Hannah served us quickly and patiently. She went through the trouble to double check feet measurements and online order options due to low stock in store. Our wiggly toddler successfully left with a comfortable suitable pair of shoes!

Freya was lovely spending time getting the right shoes for both of them, our daughter loved it as she described her as a princess!!

We were looked after by 2 very friendly and professional staff, Louise and Lara, at Bath. They were knowledge and patient as I tried on numerous pairs of shoes before finding the ideal fitting.

Lou was friendly and helpful and all round lovely. Thank you 😊

Elinor helped me really well she didn’t rush she took her time with me and before i was terrified of shoe shopping 🛍️ but because of Elinor I found out that it isn’t actually that scary so thank you Elinor from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I recently took my 7 year old daughter to the Bath Clarks shop for new school shoes. We were served by Alison. She was brilliant! She gave us time, even though it was coming up to closing time, showed us a number of options and helped us choose the most comfortable and best option. She has a fantastic way with kids, helping to steer away from just the pretty shoes to also being comfy! Great shoes too, very pleased.

Sophie in Bath measured our children’s feet and was very kind to them. Super- helpful advice and even kindly checked our wellies still fitted ok for us. Thanks Sophie!

Sue helped me pick out two beautiful pairs of shoes and was absolutely amazing and so patient while i was picking out my shoes. She made the whole experience so much more better.

Great service from Louise in the Bath store. She was very helpful providing advice on the several pairs of shoes I tried on and I left happily with my new shoes. There were another pair that I was interested in purchasing but they were unavailable in my size but Louise very helpfully checked that they were in stock on the Clarks website and I have subsequently ordered those too. Overall a very positive experience from a professional and friendly assistant.

Alison at the Bath branch was fab! Alison’s approach with my child was great. She was patient, engaging and knowledgeable.
